WEEK 2 Two people are dead. Jean Kirstein and Caren have both died due to a tragic accident. Of course, you're not entirely innocent, are you? You voted, you played into this game the Coordinators are running. But you know the stakes now. You know what failure to complete Rule Seven really means. No more excuses from here on out. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Of course, exploring the building from here on will reveal something new: namely, a stairwell in the northeastern corner, leading upwards toward a new floor entirely. Another sign of how things are going to progress around here, maybe; chances are you'll enjoy what you've been given, but was it worth the lives of two people to obtain? [As she sees it, Sayaka either wants to give people makeovers or she wants someone to teach her -- which she doubts, because she's sure idols may know a thing or two already. Kyrie's fine with anything]

Generally, yes. Obviously, there are healers from other nations who use medicines of various kinds, and we obviously know about surgery, but Waterbenders are capable of learning how to use their bending to heal people of various wounds and illnesses. It's generally very effective, so it's at the forefront of medicines where we're from.

[chessturner]

There's no point in theorizing without finding out for sure. Besides it's not like it puts me in danger. [She shrugs] And if it does, well...I'll be deeply embarrassed right before I die. Kyrie Ushiromiya, died because she broke a plate.

[bloodbiter]

I see! They both sound interesting.

[A pause, then, but it makes her curious.]

You consider those types of subjects light reading?

That's a bit of a relief. Three people who are experts in explosives would have been a bit too much.

[Not that fire is much better]

So do you have any third option proposals, Suoh-kun? Are you creative enough for that?

Of course. Things like microwaves and cars and showers... I had no knowledge of such things before I arrived here.

It isn't selfish. I'm not attempting to make you feel guilty by saying any of this, truly. But...

[ It's actually kind of muted for how he usually talks, Kimblee's talked to him enough to notice the slight difference. ]

I don't know what they would do about that. There's nothing in the rules about moving furniture, after all. It's destruction of property I'd worry about-- be sure not to damage the walls, even accidentally.

We don't want to find out what happens if it looks like someone is trying to bust out of here in a way that doesn't fit into the rules they've given us.

[Eeeeee, she's so glad to have the chance! She checks her makeup kit all over, quickly--it is pretty barebones, just being the sort of kit that one can use for quick fixes on the go, but Sayaka has a pretty good concept of what to do first.]

I'll start with the eyes first--it's usually easier to work with them first, and then focus on all of the other areas. Is that fine with you?

Well, I'll be honest. "Impossible" is the word I'm looking for right now. Yet here we are, like nothing happened at all, save for some very alarming scars.

I'm hoping I can focus on one of these at some point, but it doesn't seem to be happening.

I don't see why people don't have stuff do exactly just that in books more often. It'd make for an easier read.

I'm not sure if she's dangerous, but... she's a bit frustrating to deal with at times. It would be nice if I could be that carefree, of course, but I don't exactly have that luxury.

I guuuess... [ some of us have bad taste. actually— ] Speaking of bad taste, Nurturing got a totally cute gothic lolita outfit out of the vending machine and she called it flashy. And said she would've taken it apart if I hadn't come by and offered to take it off her hands!!

[ HUFF..... nah she's good, she's not that mad. She got a free outfit out of her? Score tbh. ]

I'm gonna wear it to the trial this week. [ because why wouldn't someone kill this week. we had someone do it last week for self-defense and we didn't even have someone giving us an incentive that time. this time we do?? even more of a chance. ] It'll be super chic~!

You knooow, that's not unlike our current situation, I suppose.

Any attempts to stop something could very well end up with someone dead, regardless of intent. And then we'd still be forced to send someone to a terrible death.
