[When she emerges from her bedroom this morning, she heads towards the kitchen for a meal. While most days she settles for simple breakfasts such as fruit or toast (once she figured out how to operate the toaster), she wonders if it's time for her to make something a bit more complicated. Of course, while she's been shown how the stove and microwave work, that doesn't change the fact that she has no idea how to prepare a recipe that tastes halfway decent. She's trying not to let it show how unfamiliar with all of this she is, but there's a slight frown on her face as she looks through the different ingredients available to use.
Later on in the day, she heads to the vending machine and receives a few items. Some of the items gain her interest, but two in particular. Anyone nearby when she pulls the dress out of the machine will see her look surprised for a moment, before her expression shifts to something gentle and thoughtful. She straightens it out carefully, and then turns her attention to the stuffed animal, unzipping it to reveal the plush tentacles.
