Mostly because he's bored! Sometimes he'll let 'em loose in the city and cause a buncha chaos that's super fun to watch, but it's more like it's a hobby...? Oooor a passion? Something like that.

We've got some freaky-looking stuff back in HLC and home though, even like, totally discounting his pets, so I can relate. It's kind of harsh to call them monsters though! They're just... You know, different.
