Initiative.

The Conductor - Solf J Kimblee - is dead. You've won.

You have three new keys, a philosopher's stone, and twenty-three mysterious potions at your disposal.

You've had enough of people leading you around, haven't you? So now it's your turn to take initiative.

What will you do now?

.......why would anythin' evolve to do that?

[He's over coming back to life now. Bizarre Pokemon behaviors and more fascinating.]

It... really does make a lot more sense when they're on a team and can do it tactically than if they just do it in the wild, since if they're trained they can be patched back up in no time.

[Eyes the Beedrill. What the fuck is with your violent world.]

Well, anyway, we're all alive and mostly uninjured. A happy endin', if one that's unexpected. All that's left is to bring our powers back and go home.

That... seems like it's actually going to be the hard part here, in comparison. I mean, I didn't have any powers of my own, but I'm sure my Pokemon are missing out...

Sure, it's gonna be hard without Solf Kimblee, but we got the stones. Should be enough juice in 'em to bring back all of our powers and bring us back.

...And take this guy to a hospital. I can't believe he managed to make it.

Shame we don't got an alchemist with us, even if you thought hirin' him was a good idea. [chopping off his hands made more sense than that] What was goin' through your head?!

Oh, definitely. I guess we could see if we could dig up any texts on how to start the basics, but... I'm not really sure if I want to spend much more time in this world than I have to. We all could use a trip to a Pokemon Center.

...And really, I'm used to working with dangerous people, so it didn't seem quite that bad.

Uh-huh, killin' every human in the world ain't that bad. Hirin' former criminals in one thing, hirin' guys that don't care if everyone dies is another.

People like him break promises, so why would a contract fix everythin'?

...I'm not going to pretend it was a good decision, just that it seemed like it had some chance of working out based on the fact that I'd have no real qualms about killing him if he tried anything.
