[Well...that trial was most certainly a thing, now wasn't it.

That's very true, it's not like someone without medical training of some sort would come up with that on their own. There wouldn't be very many suspects and it should be possible to narrow it down from there.

I'm almost a bit disappointed we can't see how that would go. It would certainly make for a fascinating murder.
