WEEK 2 Two people are dead. Ken Kaneki has been murdered, Reaver has been executed - and perhaps most uncomfortably, the Conductor is proud of you all for adhering to due process. (As always, by which he means that there is a process, and you all are certainly doing it.) Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, once you've shaken that off, there are new things to be looked at; the previously closed-off area near the kitchen has been unlocked, and there's a new floor to be explored - consider it your reward for a job well done. It certainly looks like it. [Elise picks it up carefully.] Granted, it doesn't look like a very good one, but cameras aren't exactly my interest...

Ah? So cameras are something you like? I suppose that makes sense, if your profile says you're an informant. I'll gladly trade if you've got something I want. Were you coming in to use the machine?

I'm a freelance photographer, too. I came here to see if I could get my camera out of the machine. [ cameras are sort of. her thing. ]

I have a silver ring in my room, would you be interested in something like that?

That'll do nicely. I'll just need to gather all these things up. It's a good thing none of them are too large.

There's something pink set into the back. I think it's tourmaline?

Ah, thank you! [She hands over the camera carefully.] It's certainly better than some of these other machine prizes. I don't know what he was thinking.
