Week 2.

WEEK 2

Two people are dead. Ken Kaneki has been murdered, Reaver has been executed - and perhaps most uncomfortably, the Conductor is proud of you all for adhering to due process.

(As always, by which he means that there is a process, and you all are certainly doing it.)

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

However, once you've shaken that off, there are new things to be looked at; the previously closed-off area near the kitchen has been unlocked, and there's a new floor to be explored - consider it your reward for a job well done.

PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 27

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[OOC: Welcome to week two of Trustfell! Save your threads for coins and the coming week's activity check; don't forget to check in to this week's activity check and submit your memory regains as well!

The Letters and Switchboard posts are still active, for the sake of contacting the jerk who's keeping you here, to be used at your leisure!]

"I think it's time to find out how very mortal you are..."

"You'll feel a sharp scratch..."

[It takes Susan some time to leave her room today, and when she does her hair is damp and a bit bedraggled. Luckily it's not like she ever really styles it anyway. Her jacket is zipped up to her neck, and she keeps her arms folded uneasily across her body.

Passing through the foyer, she takes the envelope and glances around to see if anyone else is around. Regardless, she decides to just carry it into the kitchen, and opens it there while her coffee is brewing. What have we here?

Later in the afternoon, she'll be upstairs in the infirmary, sorting through the supplies provided and putting some of them in a box. There seems to be a few books in there as well.

Before evening, there's a survey left in the kitchen:]

Left some first-aid supplies in the cabinet by the glasses. If you know your blood type, please list it here.

[She'd really like not to attempt any blood transfusions here at all, but if it comes to that she'd rather they had some information.]

[It's not a score for a full orchestra or anything, but it's hand-drawn notations that look a hell of a lot like piano sheet music. The lines are straight on both the notes and the score itself, at least, as though the whole thing was done with a straightedge and a lot of determination; it's not terribly professional all things considered, but it's music either way.]

[Interesting. She almost hadn't thought he would. But people like him are vain - something she appreciates a great deal more, this morning.

Does it look like it'll sound like anything in particular? Or shall I just let you know when she gets around to playing it?]

[It's nothing immediately recognizable as a classic, anyway. She can play it whenever she likes, though, if at all. o/ ]

It's O positive, so it shouldn't be hard to deal with... outside of doing a transfusion in the first place.

Trust me, I really hope it won't be necessary

...Actually, thinking about it, do you think we should ask if anyone doesn't know basic first aid? I know you'd probably know the most about it, but I'm pretty familiar with the basics.

I'm not sure how helpful it'd be in the long run, granted, but I guess it couldn't hurt, right?
ninehundredlives: ([ and you're not coming ])

[personal profile] ninehundredlives 2015-11-10 01:52 am (UTC)(link)
It couldn't.

I was thinking about showing some people how to set up the IV equipment too. It won't do any of you any good if I'm not around.
[She...still hasn't really heard that Sukuyo is also maybe a nurse]

That would definitely be a good idea, I think. I only really know about superficial treatments of things like burns and the like, so knowing something like that would be useful.

[During her evening-excursion, before the kitchen closes up, Ashley scribbles on the paper, in much worse handwriting than usual:]

B negative. There's first-aid now?

Upstairs.

Left some of the more basic things down here too, just in case.
