Week 2.

WEEK 2 Two people are dead. Ken Kaneki has been murdered, Reaver has been executed - and perhaps most uncomfortably, the Conductor is proud of you all for adhering to due process. (As always, by which he means that there is a process, and you all are certainly doing it.) Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, once you've shaken that off, there are new things to be looked at; the previously closed-off area near the kitchen has been unlocked, and there's a new floor to be explored - consider it your reward for a job well done. [In the very early morning, like right after announcements, you'll find Tabby trying to hang something from her door using a complex configuration of rope and knots. If she's acting like she didn't get a disturbing memory, that's because she didn't. She dreamt the Nextwave Squad fought through six splash pages had an epic battle and it was awesome. Also suspiciously like something they might actually do but haha EVERYONE KNOWS YOU DON'T GET MEMORIES BACK WHEN YOU SLEEP.

Later in the morning, you'll find her in the mailroom shoving stuff into the letters box. As usual.

And then she goes to explore some stuff. Sewing room blah blah blah A LIBRARY. Great, she's gonna go look for some picture books for Rakka since the Conductor is a jerk and wouldn't give her - oh. OH YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING.]

YOU'RE A JERK, YOU KNOW THAT? I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU, LIKE, GRANTED MY REQUEST AFTER SOMEONE DIED. IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER OR SOMETHING? BECAUSE IT DOESN'T. IT JUST MAKES ME WANT TO PUNCH YOUR FACE IN EVEN MORE.

[It continues in that vein of her just yelling aimlessly at the Conductor because she knows he's watching. Until someone stops her and asks wtf she's so upset about of course.]

This thing is, like, way heavy and there's no nails in the store room so it was, like. Hang it like this or just leave it sitting on my desk.

Weren't there a shitton when we first got here? Man, go steal some from whoever hoarded them all.

No, they're all like. In the laundry room holding up that drying contraption of doom. [And she steals stuff, but not stuff that's, y'know. Integral to things she uses.] The Conductor hasn't replaced them, which. Maybe we have to ask him but whatever. I can do it with rope.

[NEVERMIND THAT SHE WON'T BE ABLE TO CLOSE HER DOOR.]

I mean, I'm not stopping you, it's your door. But... are you even gonna be able to get back into your room, let alone get back out?

Oh, I can get in and out fine. It just doesn't close anymore.

[She seems way unconcerned by this which. Honestly is because she knows the thing clangs against the door when you move it so it's not like anyone can sneak in.]

Hey, if that's how you wanna live your life, more power to ya. I still say you should steal some nails, though.

Well, like. I would? But I use the laundry contraption too? So, like. That's biting your nose to screw your face or something?

[She's p sure that's the phrase Monica is always using. Probably.]

But I like it your way better. Anyway, if it's taking that many nails then just rebuild the piece of shit, it shouldn't need a bazillion nails, some spit, and a prayer to stay standing.

If this Aaron guy is the biggest asshole you know, then yep, that's probably about right.

He's not, like, the biggest asshole? But, it's like. Supervillains don't count, IMHO, because it's, like, they aren't always doing stuff to be a huge ? Sometimes they, like, have a reason. Even if it's bad.

[ Bakugou isn't sure what's going on, but it's okay. He understands in his profane soul that swearing on a deep level is going on. And he is satisfied with that knowledge. ]

Well, like. Aaron's a robot so he more just, like, hates humanity or whatever. Except beer. He likes beer. [Although nobody but him should drink what he brews, probably.] But, yeah. There's, like, always some .
