WEEK 2 Two people are dead. Ken Kaneki has been murdered, Reaver has been executed - and perhaps most uncomfortably, the Conductor is proud of you all for adhering to due process. (As always, by which he means that there is a process, and you all are certainly doing it.) Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, once you've shaken that off, there are new things to be looked at; the previously closed-off area near the kitchen has been unlocked, and there's a new floor to be explored - consider it your reward for a job well done. What I can tell you is that some totally lame guy was running your team for you. But I seem to be missing a few years of memories, so I'm guessing that's not the case anymore.

...maybe I should've prefaced this with a warning about that, because bringing that up could potentially cause me to die of embarrassment.

I can tell you that it's something that was definitely taken care of, though, so that should be enough to help you sleep at night. As for myself... well, there'd been some business over in Hoenn, and I was embarking on a project in the Sevii Islands.

But I'm also apparently missing several memories, so I have absolutely no idea how that would've gone.

Oh, no, that's where it started. Whatever I got over the weekend was definitely somewhere else, and it was really... just as stupid as the last time I left Team Rocket unsupervised.

...I was priding myself on the fact that my team had never seriously tried to end the world, and yet this happens... I'm really ashamed.

...and erm, that's where it gets even stranger, actually. Lance was one of them, which... I certainly don't care for him at all, but if our goals ever aligned I wouldn't say no to him as an ally.

...the other one was Mahogany Town's old gym leader, though? Which... shouldn't he be dead? For a wide variety of reasons?

You tell me. I don't remember quite that far ahead yet!

Maybe he's somehow crucial to stopping Arceus or Dialga or something, I have absolutely no idea.

Hopefully he sacrifices himself or... something.

Or you can take care of him after whatever is happening is all over, right?

[I mean shit, revenge would be nice but not as nice as knowing that he's dead as hell.]

Actually, yes, I'd rather like to do that. Well, perhaps it's already been taken care of but I'm just not aware yet... this whole thing is more troublesome than it needs to be.

It really is! But I guess it's not gonna do us much good in here.

No, it probably isn't. I guess we'll know if we get out of here and go home to... honestly, I'm not even sure.
