Week 2.

WEEK 2

Two people are dead. Ken Kaneki has been murdered, Reaver has been executed - and perhaps most uncomfortably, the Conductor is proud of you all for adhering to due process.

(As always, by which he means that there is a process, and you all are certainly doing it.)

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

However, once you've shaken that off, there are new things to be looked at; the previously closed-off area near the kitchen has been unlocked, and there's a new floor to be explored - consider it your reward for a job well done.

PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 27

[ In the morning, Yuuri can be found at the vending machine. He's gotten a pendant, bandages, and some tea. He's very excited to see the pendant and immediately puts it on.

Later on sometime in the afternoon, Yuuri will be in the kitchen making the cinnamon tea he got that morning. If he happens to see you, he'll wave you over. ]

Do you want some tea?

[ And in the evening, Yuuri will be in the library, sitting in one of the chairs. He has an open book near him, but he stopped reading it a while ago, instead staring at the blue pendant in his hand, deep in thought. ]

Ah, you got something you like out of there? I'm glad it wasn't more bullets for someone to have a conniption over.

So am I.

[ He takes the pendant off of his neck, holding it in his hand. ]

This is actually something I got before coming here.
announcemyvictory: Smug neutral look. (blue hydrangea)

That's yours? It looks... [wait tact that's a thing] Minimalist. Is that the style where you come from? The stone is nice.

[ He shakes his head. Minimalist isn't exactly what he'd call the style of a few people he knows. ]

I have no idea. My godfather gave it to me.

[ He looks back down at the stone. ] It's supposed to have some sort of power.
announcemyvictory: Waving from the game cover. (but if you send for me)

[personal profile] announcemyvictory 2015-11-13 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
A power? Do you think it's been dampened like the others in here talk about?

[ He looks down at the amulet, turning it over in his hand. ]

Probably. I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
announcemyvictory: Sad. (and so is the girl)

[personal profile] announcemyvictory 2015-11-17 01:58 pm (UTC)(link)
I suppose that would make it easy... I wonder how it's even done.

[ He shrugs. ]

I'm surprised the Conductor can even take away our abilities at all. He's gotta be really powerful to do that.
