Obviously the writing in these ones here is translated, but I thought I might be able to pick out similarities in what the books are made out of, or how the writing is styled, or maker marks, or something like that.

That's not a bad idea, actually. We might not know what any of it says, but the Rosetta stone was what led to the decoding of ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics because it contained the same message written in three different scripts.
