It's like I'm carrying the weight of the world
[ So, Yuri's going to be going around, putting up slips of paper for everyone to see, because even with everything that was that trial, he is sure it could help. He doesn't know--it's worked from time to time before anyway and someone should do it. ]

[ Yuri, for once, is going to be making some food for the afterparty that isn't desserts. On his side of things, his food is generally going to be geared towards something more western-style and hearty. In essence, there is some things of curry with beef, chicken, and vegetables in them, take your pick. Sayaka and Kyrie also will be assisting with food, providing stuff that is likely to be geared towards something asian.
This whole set up, of course, is going to be done in the dining hall, since that's where it usually is. ]

[ Yuri had thought for sure with the recent trial's revelations that it'd be Aligula.
He has his concerns about who it'd be (but he's wrong of course, not that Yuri knows that.) ]

The fourth person might not even remember what they did.
[Since, you know. Memories being lost and returning later and all.]
Think about that. Could you really hold someone accountable for something they have no recollection of doing?
no subject
Even if the last three were varying degrees of terrible. ]
No. It wouldn't make any sense.
[ ... ]
Of course, the bastard seems to find no issue with that at all. Part of him being out of his damn mind, I imagine.

no subject
...Not really.

I mean, the most suspicious out of everyone here is either Elda or Tarrlok, but even then I can't see either of them agreeing to running a game. For all her talk of hating humans, Elda is surprisingly soft. And Tarrlok...
[There's no nice way to say 'he can be an idiot sometimes', is there?]
...well, you know what he's like.
no subject
... Man, what a pain.
Maybe we should talk about something else that's less of a pain in the ass then.
[ Or maybe they should since it might be important. He's going to just lazily slouch in his chair and put his hands behind his head for a bit. ]
no subject
...if it ends up being me, don't hesitate. Do what is necessary.
[Or he could just say it. That can be a thing too.
Looking down at his plate and stabbing at his food is definitely a thing too, because he can't bring himself to look up at Yuri right now.]
no subject
[ That is...
...not what Luca meant and Yuri knows it. But damn if he's going to agree to anything else. ]
no subject
Yes, that is exactly what I meant. Though I would hope you would kick his ass regardless of if I am the fourth person or not.
no subject
[ Yuri supposes he can't avoid answering now, though, and he'll just stab one of the pieces of beef in his food. ]
Anyway, I don't think I'll have to do anything about you even if you do end up being that person. You're not the type to do anything too stupid, you know.
no subject
[But that vote of confidence, especially coming from Yuri, does make Luca feel a little better.]
no subject
I'm pretty damn sure. It's because I'd also say I'm a good judge of character--it helps that I know you well by now.
1/2
2/2
Thank you for the vote of confidence, I suppose. Hopefully it doesn't end up being misplaced.
no subject
It won't.
[ Yuri's sure of that at least. ]
no subject
Luca is suddenly struck by a rather horrifying thought. One that gets him to actually look up at Yuri and frown.]
It better not be you either.
[He says as he jabs his fork in Yuri's direction accusingly.]
no subject
... Heh, didn't expect someone to say something like that to me.
[ He sounds amused, if anything. Maybe he shouldn't be. ]
Guess I can't guarantee whether it is or isn't me with the whole memory thing going on.
no subject
[Because he's pretty sure they're supposed to kill or vote out these 'four people', and he really doesn't want to do that to Yuri.]
no subject
[ Yuri snorts, but then - ]
Maybe it'll all work out somehow.
no subject
Hoping for the best sounds nice, but it hasn't worked out too well so far.
no subject
[ ... He rubs the back of his head. He's thinking of saying something, but then he decides to just take some more meat from his food instead. ]

I have been considering having a talk with Hilda, to ask her how this 'game' will end, exactly. Because we are all too crafty to be fooled by a murderer, but even if people keep murdering we will eventually run out of people. Or the group will be too small to have a trial.
no subject
Might as well give it a try. I chatted her up a bit at least once already, so it's probably not a lost cause to ask.
[ This can't go on for much longer, he knows that, given there's so many less people now. But he doesn't think he needs to voice that. ]

Did you get anything useful out of her?
