They're still quite red from her, uh, excessive attempts to stop feeling horrible yesterday by literally scrubbing her skin off, along with her face and presumably other parts of her body unseen. She resembles a dog that's gotten into a box of treats, honestly.]

The ointment is a good start. You should keep it from rubbing against things too. It'll heal on its own eventually.
