Between Truth or Dare and the resistance meeting, it seems things have been going reasonably well this week; at the same time, there have been fights here and there, and the Conductor's incentive has certainly been something to take into consideration as well. So there's been some good, and some bad, and some things that no one is talking about; the clock chimes on Friday morning, as it always does, and the doors to the kitchen and the mail room unlock. Of course, those wandering past the incinerator room will notice that it's...warm in there. Really warm? ...Oh. Blessedly enough, there isn't a body in the room, and the incinerator isn't large enough to destroy one, so this room can probably be left alone for now; however, just because there isn't a body here doesn't mean that everything is clear and no one has anything to hide. [There's a lot of broken porcelain on the far side of the room, away from the piano. You want to go look at that?]

[Better shards of porcelain than shards of skull. That'll be the first thing she does, yep.]

[You're fortunate, actually, because these particular vases are actually free of blood - they're certainly broken, but they aren't marred with bodily fluids or anything.]

[That's...that's certainly a good thing. Is there anything mixed in with the shards? Or are they just shards to look at and admire and reminisce about what they once were.]

[Nothing mixed in there, but they're all congregated against the far wall in a way that they usually aren't; they're usually lining the walls, like overly fancy #aesthetic decorations tend to be, but somehow they all ended up over here.

[That's. That's very odd. Is it 100% clear that the porcelain comes from the vases? Are there any vases still standing, or is that a dead end.]

[Yep. She'll bring a few of the shards with her and check the vases that are still standing, just to make perfectly sure there's nothing weird mixed in.]

[Good question! There's nothing else to check out vase-wise, so the question of the day is whether she wants to keep checking the periphery of the room or whether she has had enough of being in a room with a dead body for the day.]

[It's her life on the line. She has to make sure she's checked everything, right? So she'll keep looking, seeing if there's anything away from the body that's been missed.]

[Well, there's the piano over there, for starters. It isn't broken, but it looks like it may have seen some shit recently.]

Maybe she's going to investigate it. Maybe she just wants to lean on something. Either way, that's where she's headed. If it looks disturbed in any way, you can bet she'll inspect it for real.]

[It's a heavy instrument, so it'd take a lot to break or severely damage it - it is marked up, though, in a way that implies it was hit with a good amount of force.]

...There's not anything under it or inside it, is there. Can't fault Hibiki for pretending to be useful and thorough while she's really just avoiding the body.]

That said, it's dented a little, yes. Not scraped up, whatever it was wasn't rough, it was just violently collided with.]
