They're probably closer to planes than to the seaships. They range in size a lot, depending on what their use is.

We don't even have planes out in Oak Tree Town that don't belong to the travel agency, and theirs is horrid. Far too shaky, and not just when you're taking off. I can't imagine using it regularly.
