Just like last week, Cabanela waits a while before he makes his rounds, writing everyone quick notes and sliding them under each occupied door.]

[Like last week, Cabanela hasn't bothered to provide anyone with food-- that would just be... rude right now, he thinks. Upon first entering, you'll notice that there are now four lit candles in the center of one of the tables.

[ When Yuuri finally makes his way to the dining hall, he sees Logan sitting at one of the tables away from the center of the room and takes a seat nearby. ]

...Hey.

[Logan looks up when Yuuri joins him and takes a moment to mark his spot in the book with a folded piece of paper.]

Yuuri. How are you doing?

[That trial couldn't have been easy on anyone.]

[ He tries to offer Logan a smile to try and pass off that he's fine, but he fails miserably and sighs instead. ]

...I've been better. Are you doing okay? [ That trial couldn't have been easy on Logan, not after that first one, even if his friend wasn't the one getting executed this time. ]

I've been through worse.

[Just last week, even. It was the second-worst moment of his life though, so...]

I'll be fine, however. I cannot afford to let this get to me.

[ He nods. Logan definitely has a point. ]

You're right. I don't think any of us can afford that. We just have to keep doing, don't we?

Exactly. Right now the only thing we can do is continue to move forward.

We need to find a way out now more than ever.

[ If that's even possible at this point... He sighs. ] Whatever we do, I want to do what I can to stop all of this.

I will do whatever I can to ensure the safety of as many people as possible. I don't intend to leave our host alive. He will not repeat this exercise.

[ Yuuri stares down at the table, silent for a few moments. ]

That would... Probably be for the best, yeah. [ And he's surprised with himself for agreeing, but he can't let more people go through this. What if the Conductor gets arrested and escapes? Can they really afford that? ]

[Don't worry, Yuuri. You get used to that mindset after awhile!

(Please worry, that's terrible.)]

I would have no issues killing him personally, so if that is a possibility, I will take it.

You'd even go against the rule...? [ He can't blame Logan for that, though, if there's an opportunity at least one of them is going to take it. ]

I'm sure no one would stop you if you did.

We don't know what the punishment for breaking the rules is. More importantly, if he's dead then I doubt there will be any punishment to face.

That's true. He can't do anything if he's gone.

[ Because there's totally no repercussions for breaking that rule right. ]

Exactly. After everything he's put us through, he doesn't deserve to live. I cannot allow him to repeat this. No one should ever suffer through what we have.

[And what we will go through. We're not going to get out of here easily.]

[ He nods, closing his eyes for a moment in thought. ]

I don't want anyone else to go through this either. I want to do anything I can to prevent that.

Of course. No one should ever have to suffer through this and if the Conductor is left alive, I have no doubt he'll do this again.

Yeah... He's pretty dedicated to this with all the work he's put into it.

Indeed. I have to wonder if this is his first attempt.

[ That's a scary thought, and it makes Yuuri pause for a moment. ]

...If that's true, then it explains why he seems to have planned everything perfectly. I hope that's not the case, though.

As do I. Surely the power required to bring all of us here would be too great for a second attempt...?

[But like hell if he knows. Even if this was operating on the same powers of Will from Albion, he doesn't know nearly enough about that to hazard a guess.]

That's definitely possible... Maybe he's going all out this time since he can't afford to do this again.

[ But who knows if that's the case. Yuuri hopes it is, though. ]

It's certainly a possibility. It would explain that... incentive.

Yeah... How can something like that even be possible?

I'd assume magic, honestly. Though it sounds as though most other worlds do not have magic.

[i mean not like albion has much magic, since that's a hero thing]

[ He nods. ]

Whatever magic that he's using would have to be strong enough to work in other worlds, right? [ This is too much for him. ]
