Sorta. They're a lot taller and have three heads. They're easier to raise on Mars while providin' plenty of food.

But they're still, like, cows? Or do they just look like cows like how koala bears aren't bears or whatever?

...Well, they're bred from one line of mutated cows, but they're pretty different from Earth cows when look at it.
