[Weiss settles back in her chair a little.]
I'm from a place called Remnant. The world is divided into four kingdoms - Atlas, the one I'm from, Vale, where I go to school, Mistral, and Vacuo. The four kingdoms were settled after a war, but my memory's still a little fuzzy on the subject of the war itself.
One thing that I do remember clearly is that because a lot of things with color - art, music, poetry - were destroyed during the war, parents started giving their children color words for names, in order to replace the color that was lost.
