WEEK 3 Two more people are dead. Byakuren Hijiri has been murdered and Undyne has been executed. That brings us up to four deaths and twenty-five remaining Participants. You're doing well. Take all of Saturday to rest and sleep. You've earned it. On Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock. With no more bodies to be discovered, it seems you're safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've remembered something else. Or was that another really bizarre dream? Like last week, there's a new floor to explore. A reward for your efforts, of course. There's something else new, however, and as you approach the foyer you might hear the beautiful sound of... chickens? Chickens. Those are definitely chickens. It looks like Tabby's petition has worked, you have chosen chickens. Perhaps even more important are the rule changes, effective immediately. You might want to take note of them. ...That's very true. Someone would most likely be able to figure it out eventually, and now that we have access to bullets...

So he's making it extra-hard to keep track if they're missing, then...

[There's a groan of exasperation from the tiny seething girl..]

Ugh, this is just great! If someone takes bullets, we won't even know!

I'm not sure why he's going to the effort. Is he expecting us to get both the gun and the parts and then repair the gun all for a murder? It would be simpler to use whatever else drops from that machine.

[Poison, knives, swords, pickaxes...]

This is ridiculous.

He probably figures there are advantages to putting in the time to shoot someone, instead of actually stabbing them, right? It's the only thing I can think of.

...Though, personally, I think poison would be the simplest to use. And probably the hardest to trace back to any one person in particular, right?

[decrees]

I would imagine so. I'll admit I'm not very familiar with poison, but that does seem to be the most simplistic way to go about it.

[...WELL THIS IS A HELLA MORBID CONVERSATION, ISN'T IT]

Ah, my apologies. That's hardly an appropriate topic of discussion given the... incentive this morning.

...Yeah, that was my fault. But I think that, in light of that incentive, we should start thinking like this, at least a little. Get inside the head of someone who's going to murder someone, so we can stop this. Think like a murderer.

[decrees]

I see your point. If we can attempt to determine how one might act, it may be possible to prevent a murder from occurring. That would certainly be worthwhile.

[crimsonchin]

That's the hope, anyway. That incentive today...it could easily push someone over the edge, I think. So we should take precautions while we can, just to be prepared.

If we're lucky, maybe we can stop whoever tries to go for it.

[decrees]

I had thought the incentive from last week was bad, but he's obviously not playing around. If he has the means to follow through on that...

[Well, it's not a pleasant thought.]

That's a good point. How would you suggest we prepare for that?

[crimsonchin]

He may, or he may not, but if someone's going to murder, they're going to murder. ...I was thinking we should probably hold another meeting in light of this. Make sure everyone's as meticulous as hell. Y'know, that the patrolmen are on point, that everything's stocked up...maybe see what the group has to say as a whole about this after last week, if we've found something new.

[decrees]

I agree. It would be best to organize something of the sort. We may not have any new information, but at the very least we'll be able to check on everyone and see if anyone is showing signs that they might break under this incentive.

[crimsonchin]

Sounds good enough. Want to try and have it for tomorrow, then?

[decrees]

Sounds good to me. Would you like to put the note up or shall I?

You should do it. You've got a pretty good sway around here, I find.
