Induction.

You've all had some time to get to know each other; whether or not you're all getting along is another matter. Either way, one thought pattern seems to be pretty prevalent, no matter what you think of this entire situation –

Where, exactly, is the Conductor?

That question isn't going to be answered in full, even now; if you were hoping to work out exactly who the Conductor is...well, that's not going to be readily answered, either. What you are going to get, however, is the sound of that public address box mounted into the wall somewhere above your heads crackling to life; it's staticky and a little grating at first, like someone's fiddling with the volume control somewhere, but eventually it clears up.

"Ah, is it..?"

It's a little uncertain at first, but that, too, clears up soon enough; it's a male voice, at least that much is discernible.

"Greetings to the lot of you, the new class at Graceside Academy; I trust you've familiarized yourself with the rules.

"You can call me the Conductor
."

[OOC: You can be heard just fine through the PA system, so feel free to ask any questions your little heart desires; brackets are fine, you don't need to use prose!]

[ ...Great. She sort of figured their host wasn't going to be showing his face... ]

Just cut the fucking crap and tell us what the point of this whole farce is, will you? I'm already getting sick of this.
crimsonchin: why are we ('Til I think)

[ Oh, for the love of... ]

I read the goddamn rules already, thank you very much! What I want to know is the point! Yeah, "trust-building" this, "cooperation" that, "leadership" the other! I don't have time for this! What I want to know is why we, specifically, were chosen to take part in your crappy leadership seminar with a "Guess Who" twist!
crimsonchin: no, always (Just sometimes)

I have far more important things to handle than this! I don't know how you managed to pull us from so many different worlds, because there are people from places I've never heard of with goddamn Pokomon or whatever the hell, but in case you didn't realize, I have to go back to piloting so those idiot coworkers of mine don't get their collective asses handed to them by an Angel and let Third Impact happen!

I am, actually! If you took the time to do your research instead of, you know, putting up misinformation about people, maybe you'd know that!

For the record, I'm not 28!

[personal profile] crimsonchin 2015-11-02 12:33 am (UTC)(link)
And just what is that supposed to mean?!
crimsonchin: saying how we're lonely (Saying how we're sad and)

[personal profile] crimsonchin 2015-11-02 01:13 am (UTC)(link)
Where the hell do you get off, saying stuff like that?!

[ This is getting her nowhere... ]

Fine! You want a legitimate question? What ends the exercise, if we don't choose to end it early by killing someone? You say we have no time limit, so what do you intend to do if there's no murder?

Thanks for nothing.
