Induction.

You've all had some time to get to know each other; whether or not you're all getting along is another matter. Either way, one thought pattern seems to be pretty prevalent, no matter what you think of this entire situation –

Where, exactly, is the Conductor?

That question isn't going to be answered in full, even now; if you were hoping to work out exactly who the Conductor is...well, that's not going to be readily answered, either. What you are going to get, however, is the sound of that public address box mounted into the wall somewhere above your heads crackling to life; it's staticky and a little grating at first, like someone's fiddling with the volume control somewhere, but eventually it clears up.

"Ah, is it..?"

It's a little uncertain at first, but that, too, clears up soon enough; it's a male voice, at least that much is discernible.

"Greetings to the lot of you, the new class at Graceside Academy; I trust you've familiarized yourself with the rules.

"You can call me the Conductor
."

[OOC: You can be heard just fine through the PA system, so feel free to ask any questions your little heart desires; brackets are fine, you don't need to use prose!]

I see.

[ Not really, but OKAY, KIDNAPPER MAN. ]

Is there any way to end this training exercise without death?
moonflute: (STARTLED ♫ that's kinda rude tho.)

[ Well that is not great news. ]

What about to complete it? [ Does changing her wording make a difference. ]
moonflute: (FEAR ♫ oh no...!)

[personal profile] moonflute 2015-11-02 02:37 am (UTC)(link)
That's unacceptable. Why is it inevitable?
moonflute: (STARTLED ♫ that's kinda rude tho.)

It's awful. Why would you want something like that?
moonflute: (MONSTER ♫ i am one.)

... No, you didn't. I apologize for assuming such a thing, but I think you can see why. Why else would you create such an exercise? ... Though, that assumes that you created it. Did you?

I suppose asking why I can't understand now would be pointless, yes?
moonflute: (SPEAK ♫ softly.)

I know you're not asking for such a thing, but I suppose people just like to know... it's human nature.

But if you don't want to tell me, that's okay. Just a little disappointing.

[ she's not angry just disappointed with you, like your dad ]

I have a less complicated question. About the rule that says we're to sleep in the dormitory. Will we be in violation of it if we sleep in someone else's room within the dormitory? I'm not used to sleeping in a room without my sister, so I was just wondering.
moonflute: (HEH ♫ you could be right.)

[ LITTLE VICTORIES ]

Thank you, I'm glad. I was worried, and didn't want to accidentally break a rule... Speaking of. What happens if someone does break a rule?
