Induction.
| You've all had some time to get to know each other; whether or not you're all getting along is another matter. Either way, one thought pattern seems to be pretty prevalent, no matter what you think of this entire situation – Where, exactly, is the Conductor? That question isn't going to be answered in full, even now; if you were hoping to work out exactly who the Conductor is...well, that's not going to be readily answered, either. What you are going to get, however, is the sound of that public address box mounted into the wall somewhere above your heads crackling to life; it's staticky and a little grating at first, like someone's fiddling with the volume control somewhere, but eventually it clears up. "Ah, is it..?" It's a little uncertain at first, but that, too, clears up soon enough; it's a male voice, at least that much is discernible. "Greetings to the lot of you, the new class at Graceside Academy; I trust you've familiarized yourself with the rules. "You can call me the Conductor." |
[OOC: You can be heard just fine through the PA system, so feel free to ask any questions your little heart desires; brackets are fine, you don't need to use prose!]

You know what's necessary about me. Unless you're suggesting that I put one of those profiles up for myself.

Is that something you could do? It would be helpful, if you could.

I don't see why not.

Thank you. It's appreciated.

[ ...well someone thinks highly of herself, doesn't she... ]
And I'll make sure you don't lose your other eye! See, I'm great like that.
[ sol what the fuck ]

I...appreciate that.
[He's honestly not sure what else to say but man he'd much rather be in good standing with people, as opposed to the opposite.]
Hopefully you won't have to worry about it, though...

It's...unpleasant, but it could be worse.

[ MAYBE SHE FINALLY REALIZED THAT TOPIC WAS RUDE? ]

not that people aren't around them screaming at the voice coming out the box, or anything]
Um...maybe blue, I guess? Blue's a nice color.
[And comprises a lot of his usual wardrobe, incidentally. He has a hoodie so teal it'll make you go blind if you look at it for too long.]

Well, of course! Though I guess if you have this sort of job, it's pretty much required to be cryptic, right?
no subject
Yeah, that makes sense. It wouldn't be smart to give away everything as someone who kidnapped almost thirty people.
