All right, looks like Hibiki really did ask Yuuri to the art room. So...that explains why he was there, though I haven't got a clue what they were doin' there.

It's unquestionable that the same person wrote this cow...thing, and the letter askin' him somewhere, though. So...we just have to figure out what the hell they were doin' - or at least we can consider it case closed as to why Yuuri went there, even if we don't know why Hibiki wanted him there.
