WEEK 3.

WEEK 3 You all got to witness Yosuke Hanamura's death earlier this past week. You know what the punishment for breaking the rules is. With Chitoge Kirisaki and Blue's deaths, you're painfully aware of just how little trust this group really has. How long until someone kills again? What about that time limit the Coordinators imposed? Will there be another incentive? There are so many questions, but not a whole lot of answers. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... And when you wake up, you'll discover that a pattern seems to be emerging, at least as far as the building itself goes; a new floor is available to you, a stairwell across a short hallway from the one on the second floor having unlocked itself. There's not too much of a question about it as a result - at least, as far as what it means. It's definitely a reward. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 30

[Archer takes his envelope and leaves after the motive announcement; it isn't until he's alone in his room that he actually reads the damn thing and needless to say, it definitely isn't boding well for him.

Well, all this unpleasantness has put him in a bit of a mood. If you're looking for him, you'll find that the door to room 22 is locked. He might answer it if you knock, but do you really want to deal with him right now??

Later on in the evening around dinnertime Archer will finally emerge from his room, looking about as bored as he usually does. He'll make his way to the kitchen where he'll make tea (and mooch off of anyone making food today, thanks). It seems his mood from earlier has carried over though; he can't seem to make a decent cup of tea to save his life this evening.

After dinner you can find him in the game room where he's absently paging through those D&D knockoff manuals. He still looks bored and these aren't really keeping his interest, so eventually he'll move to set up the chess board and... just sort of stare at it. Man. He's really not doing well today. He'll move the pieces around a bit while he's thinking, but it's mostly just straightening their positions on the board.

Today's definitely not a good day.]

[Yep, everything looks pretty much untouched!]

[Very nice, seven pins total. Rin sets the billiard ball aside and picks the pins up to stand again.]

What's the whackiest thing you would say you've done before, if not this?

[Once those are set back up, she's going to go switch places with Kyrie and write down her scores. Rin's... Not actually sure how you're supposed to keep score with bowling, so she's just going to write the number of pins down! You probably add them up at the end of the game and whoever has the most points wins, she thinks.]

[Huh, interesting. He's not really close enough to read the writing and he's not going to try to read it either. But still, that's... definitely interesting.]

...It's rather difficult to get used to. You have to have really good coordination, not just in general, but with the rest of your team. Everyone has their role in the routine, and you all need to coordinate it perfectly so you don't make a fool of yourself.

It's hard work, but...the cheering of the crowd makes everything worth it.

[Well isn't this a cheery meeting? Estelle doesn't drink, but she brings some wine she got from the vending machine. She might dabble into that if Kirei doesn't take it away from her.]

The library-- behind some books I found a button, however, it didn't work. I imagine there's either a succession of buttons or a mechanism we need to activate before whatever it connects to work.

[There's a beat.]

Also, I found there was no dust on the higher shelves. I spoke with Rin and she thinks it may be a result of someone keeping the place clean. At first I thought it may be because of a draft, but I felt no airflow of the kind when looking around so what Rin said may be more accurate.

[Darn. Closing up the drawers, Rin gives the room a look around. Is there any obvious furniture thing in this setup I'm neglecting to think of right now, or is it cool to move on to the floorboards? Oh wait, is there a rug, maybe?]

[That was a bit blunt, Kyrie, but yeah. She can understand why Sayaka would be like that -- that's bound to be a nasty motive for a lot of people. But to Sayaka? What kind of secret can she have?]

That way of looking at the liquor is rather telling, you know.

[Nope, you've got all the furniture! There's no rug in here either, so onto the floorboards it is! What are you doing with them?]

[Rin sets the pins back up.]

Mostly I just wanted something to do. I have a lot of energy right now, and no means to burn it off unless I want to run laps around the building. [Picking up the billiard ball she rolled earlier, Rin grips it and does a mock underhanded toss.] I want to let something fly!

[ You know on another week Terumi would find this interesting, but this week? Well he's irritated opening the note, and even more irritated when he reads what's inside.

That's getting slipped into his garish jacket and he has exactly one thing to say. ]

Nothing major happened, sadly.

[Are they wooden? If so, Rin's going to carefully pace the room, looking for places where there's a little more wear; spaces where they creak underfoot. Watching the gaps between the boards too, she's keeping an eye out for loose floorboards, basically, that could be used to hide something.]

That doesn't sound like a bad idea. Honestly, I kind of want to get a closer look at it...see if I can find anything interesting in there, too.

[Sayaka can't really even retort with something cheery or more like an idol--if anything, she's...surprisingly subdued and kind of curt.]

You don't have to worry. An idol isn't supposed to touch that kind of stuff anyway. It'll...be fine.

[Huh, those photos above the columns look exactly the same. No wait... There's a girl missing? The other photos catch Rin's attention sharply when her eyes drift to them, with laser-like focus until Alex's words reach her and she looks back to her.]
