[About an hour after the trial and subsequent execution, Cabanela makes a decision.

They need to do something, keep the morale up, however little it may be.

Under each occupied room door people will find the following note written:


In difficult times such as this, it is important to carry on.
Don't give into despair; we must preservere.
If you don't want to be alone this evening, meet me in the dining hall.

[Upon entering the dinning hall, you will find Cabanela sitting at one of the tables; he has lit two candles that are placed at the center of the table, but there's nothing else to note.

You'll have to supply your own food, since he doesn't have much of an appetite.]

[She really didn't want to come back out of her room. Not one bit. Not after all of that.

But she does, and when she does she's wearing a smile, because what else is she supposed to do? She has no idea. So she smiles and heads to the kitchen and starts making a whole lot of rice and why not throw in some vegetables too, because although she's not hungry, it's so, so important to eat.

Blue will give out and offer food to anyone who wants it, but she's a lot more subdued and quiet than usual, which given the fact that not to long ago she decided to show everyone her ditty bra says quite a lot, doesn't it.]

[It's not a lie; she can't quite muster her usual enthusiasm on account of that entire ordeal being absolutely horrifying.

... Can't say for sure. I mean, now we know what the rules are, yeah? Somebody's gotta be able to pull off a murder and hide all the evidence in a way that none of the rest of us can figure out. So the odds are against anybody who tries it, but...

It's always a good idea! There's lots of things that won't go bad without the refrigerator; if he ever cuts off power, we could survive a pretty long time on those!

[ Yuuri heads to the kitchen himself, not even all that hungry but wanting some sort of distraction. When he sees Blue he tries to offer her a smile, even if it's really weak. ]
