It's time for an after party!

[About an hour after the trial and subsequent execution, Cabanela makes a decision.

They need to do something, keep the morale up, however little it may be.

Under each occupied room door people will find the following note written:

In difficult times such as this, it is important to carry on.
Don't give into despair; we must preservere.
If you don't want to be alone this evening, meet me in the dining hall.
-Cabanela

[Upon entering the dinning hall, you will find Cabanela sitting at one of the tables; he has lit two candles that are placed at the center of the table, but there's nothing else to note.

You'll have to supply your own food, since he doesn't have much of an appetite.]

I don't think it's been a good day for anyone involved.

[Everyone seemed affected, one way or another. It's a giant ripple effect in the end; one person's actions have broken the trust of the entire establishment.

...It's a wonder they're even in here at all, and yet...]

I don't think anyone was prepared for that, honestly.

You don't? I didn't think that at first, but now I think you're right. [It was a terrible thing that happened, likely to crack the trust the group had in themselves, if not break it apart altogether.

She moved into a seat and leaned forward, resting her arms on the table. The warmth of her tea was spreading to her hands; a soothing sensation, if a fading one.

...We're really stuck here.

[Undyne takes another sip of her own tea, contemplative. It was good up until the point all hell broke loose--she definitely thought it was just going to be another day of living in this place without anything to do.

...But now...]

He can't keep us here forever. We have to keep believing that, if nothing else.

Mmmm.... [A little sound of agreement. Obviously they couldn't be stuck in this place forever. Obviously someone would get worried about them and come looking, right?

It was obvious they'd be rescued or something..... then why didn't that sit well with her?
]

Maybe... we can break out of here? [She's being hopeful.] There could be... some way that's not blocked from us.
