The easiest way to explain it is 'if you can imagine it, you can make it real'. But there are rules to making things real, and those rules make most things very difficult to do. Basic physical and chemical reactions, like starting a fire or turning water to ice, are much easier to do than things like controlling people.

And when you try to do this, there is an area around your body where you can actually do magic. Think of it as like...a boundary to the magic. It's generally a sphere shape centered around you, hence why it's called 'Sfeer Theory'.

The science part is in knowing what materials to supply and what circles to draw to get the reaction you want. Of course, those with a stronger willpower do not need to draw a circle at all, as they can 'draw' it with their mind.
