RESISTANCE MEETING

[The clock chimes at 10PM as it always does, and if you're one of the people who decided to go to the meeting, you'll find the conference room is properly set up to accommodate all 27 remaining students. If you were expecting refreshments or anything then tough luck. Logan can't cook and the kitchen's closed now.

Logan has taken the chair at one end of the table because of course he has, but he'll wait until most people are gathered before speaking up.]

I'm sure you're all aware of why this meeting is absolutely necessary after that... announcement. What we need to do is share any information we have about this place and our captor. The Conductor will answer letters, but I have not gotten anything particularly useful from him.

(OOC: Consider this log to be like the trial; feel free to threadjack and comment on anything that comes up. Throw out theories and information and talk to each other about all of this stuff!)

How large a gap? Mine could be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.

A week, at least. I went from being way out in the wilderness on a long-term mission to being in the middle of a city.

I see. That's in line with what I remember - same city, but enough time had passed to allow someone to get old train tracks functional again.

So... what does that mean? Did we all end up with amnesia, for some reason?

I think so. It's like we were drugged, or something.

That would make sense. The drug's after effects could be wearing off, and that's why we're remembering things now.

Exactly.

[She nods once.]

It's not entirely a bad thing, though. The amnesia could have been caused by something far worse.

Yeah. Like something that wouldn't just wear off after a while.

Right. I was a little afraid of that at first, honestly.

It looks like things are starting to come back, though.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

We'll take it one day at a time, right?

[ Jean sighs, but he nods. ] Nothing else we can do, for now.
