RESISTANCE MEETING

[The clock chimes at 10PM as it always does, and if you're one of the people who decided to go to the meeting, you'll find the conference room is properly set up to accommodate all 27 remaining students. If you were expecting refreshments or anything then tough luck. Logan can't cook and the kitchen's closed now.

Logan has taken the chair at one end of the table because of course he has, but he'll wait until most people are gathered before speaking up.]

I'm sure you're all aware of why this meeting is absolutely necessary after that... announcement. What we need to do is share any information we have about this place and our captor. The Conductor will answer letters, but I have not gotten anything particularly useful from him.

Well, like. I wouldn't? But you know, that's because if I wanted I could just get, like, Adamantium bones or whatever? So his offer's pretty lame, compared to my world.

I don't think you can say that about, like, everyone else.

Who's to say he'll really do it? I'm not saying he can't, I'm saying he has no real reason to. He wants to watch us all die.

I don't think he actually wants us to die? It's, like. I dunno, I feel like he'd be ok with us just living our lives or whatever, but there's like. Something that means he has to do this?

I just don't think he's that evil, honestly.

I don't care what happened to him. It's no excuse for doing something like this.

No, but like. It's important? [She used to be an X-Men member. Heel face turns are important.] Because if there's someone behind the person you're fighting against, like, they're always bigger and nastier.

We'll have to find a way to fight him first.

But I guess that will be easier, if he's just some kind of...kidnapping middle management.
