Final Investigation.
| Friday morning dawns like the rest of the week before it, with the chiming of the clock and the doors to the kitchen unlocking; once again, there's no announcement from Jericho, and everything seems to be largely quiet. Noticeably quiet, really, given that there are only eight of you left. However, quiet tends to be a good thing around here, overall; it means you're free to go about your business like you usually would. There are a couple of things to note, however, as your morning proceeds onward and begins to creep into afternoon. The first is that Rin's unlockable box has started making a strange mechanical whirring sound. The second is that sometime slightly after noon, the power to the building suddenly and abruptly goes out, casting everything into darkness. Interesting. |

There is one necklace that stands out a bit though - do you want to check that out?]

Now let's just hope there's no machete hidden anywhere in the vanity.]

It's a silver locket that seems to be much nicer than the rest of the jewelry. There's an H engraved on the outside.]
no subject
Since it's a locket, can he open it?]

I should also probably mention that the vanity has a drawer in case you want to look at that.]

Then he will go ahead and open that drawer.]

It could be ghosts.]
Elda, do you have those goggles with you?

[ She'll be pulling the Silph Scope out of her bag (and handing it to him) to come on over and look... well she's too short to look over his shoulder to more around his shoulder.
( also for my own curiosity she's visited Hilda's room a lot does this look at all similar to the journal-thing Elda's seen her writing in a lot? ) ]

And it probably goes without saying at this point, but just for clarification it is not the notebook used in Aligula's execution.]

[ So this really is this bedroom or something? ]

[ Boy put on that Silph Scope she is going to be flipping through this thing to double check. ]

Actually, it gives Luca an idea.]
It seems like there's something in the pages. Do you have a knife or something with you? It might be worth cutting a page to see what is in it.

[ She'll actually hand Luca her bag (careful, it's heavy because it's got Unfinished Catfriend in it) and it does have several of the vending machine items she's gotten but it doesn't have a knife or bladed thing in there.
... She however is going to take out a pen to draw a line on one of the pages. To see if it's not some ink eating book or something. ]

HELLO!
[So uh, that's a thing.]
no subject
Hello! I'm not Hilda!
[ She'll... write... back... ]

Luca's using the scope again, this time looking around the whole room. Can he see any ghosts around? Because that's what he thinks is writing in that notebook.]
