Week 4.

WEEK 4 Ashley Williams and Asuka Langley Shikinami have joined the ranks of the deceased. Two more deaths, two more people whose absences will be felt by the group; a bit over one-fifth of the Participants are dead. And this week, it seems everyone is feeling it. They say three times can be considered a routine, and the fourth week of the exercise isn't breaking pattern any. Saturday can be given to rest and sleep; on Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock. There are no more bodies, no more bloodstains; there's nothing else to be found this morning. Unless, of course, you count whatever you found last night, strange dreams or otherwise. Once again, there's a new floor to explore; after everything that trial decided to be yesterday, you deserve the reward. And for the second time, there are rule changes, effective immediately. ...Actually, I haven't gotten any more of my own things from it, which is a bit of a shame. I wonder if other people have, thinking about it...

You know, I haven't gotten anything, either.

Logan got something of mine, and Hibiki and Morty both got my scarf which should be impossible, but I'm not aware of anything else.

Wait, they both got your scarf? I'm assuming you don't have multiple scarves, then...

And I honestly don't know if anyone's gotten anything of mine. If they have, they haven't told me about it.

No, I don't. Besides that, I made the scarf myself, so it's preeetty strange.

Hell if I know how the Conductor did it.

Maybe they all just look exactly like your scarf...? Although, if you made it, I'm sure you'd be able to tell.

Maybe the scarves were just made to look like mine as a means to be confusing, I'm not sure.

That seems as likely as anything else, to be honest. I'm not sure how easy it would be to check to make sure, of course, but otherwise we're getting into strange quantum territory.

I honestly don't want to think about an alternative theory.

Maybe there are an infinite number of Cabanelas in different timelines who are suddenly missing their scarves.

In that case, I feel reeeally bad for them.

Yeah, that's a fate I wouldn't wish on anyone.

I... suppose it could be worse.

I wonder if anyone else has gotten strange duplicate objects out of the machine.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised. I mean, I haven't, but that doesn't mean it's impossible.

I suppose it's possible somebody else has gotten them, then.

Like what happened with me.

That's... entirely true. I have no idea what they'd get, though... that's the trouble with this whole thing.

We've already been brought here against our wills without remembering how we got here.

Maybe whatever brought us here brought everything to stuff into the machine.

I wouldn't be surprised, honestly. That or it's all things that we had on our persons when he captured us... though, that doesn't seem like it would entirely cover it.

I don't know-- I didn't have my bike on me, and that ended up in the machine.

Though I supppoose it could have been nearby when I was kidnapped. It's not impossible.
