WEEK 3.

WEEK 3 You all got to witness Yosuke Hanamura's death earlier this past week. You know what the punishment for breaking the rules is. With Chitoge Kirisaki and Blue's deaths, you're painfully aware of just how little trust this group really has. How long until someone kills again? What about that time limit the Coordinators imposed? Will there be another incentive? There are so many questions, but not a whole lot of answers. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... And when you wake up, you'll discover that a pattern seems to be emerging, at least as far as the building itself goes; a new floor is available to you, a stairwell across a short hallway from the one on the second floor having unlocked itself. There's not too much of a question about it as a result - at least, as far as what it means. It's definitely a reward. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 30

[She pauses for a moment, but... It brings a small, amused smile to her face.]

Taking matters into your own hands, I see. You must have been very determined to complete this... bowling.

...It's something I'm unused to in both circumstances, honestly.

[That...just gets some laughter from Sayaka, but it doesn't have much joy to it beyond what's forced.]

It's hard to actually find something to do sometimes.

Ah, right, you're not very fond of priests.

[Honestly, either way she doesn't blame her there. But at the very least, Sayaka's got a good memory of the ages, so she'll pass her paper over to Rin.]

Let's get this show on the road, then!

The library and the sewing room were welcome additions, but other than that and investigating this place as best we can - it is difficult to know precisely how to spend our time most effectively.

Uhhh... Kinda a personal conundrum. ...Which sounds like a totally cagey thing to say, since I'm all out here in the open, I know, but- it's...weird. And uncomfortable?

[ He's definitely been to quite a few himself, but for some reason he never imagined Rideaux ever went to one regularly. Maybe it was just the clothes. ]

And yeah, pretty much. It doesn't help that there's practically no windows in this place.

[ Which is kinda creepy, but probably par for the course now, considering what's happened. ]

[ Yuri finally gets to settling his own food on his plate and starts to stuff his face in between talking because that's how you do manners. ]

Anyway, not really. I was just seeing if there's something else about this place you wanted to talk about.

Gald's a golden coin--the kinda money I use to buy stuff back home. You never heard of it?

Perhaps I'll try those later if nothing else works.

[She appreciates Rin trying and it brings a small smile to her face. Despite how blunt she can be--]

You're a really nice person, Rin.

[She seems to talk a big game, but deep down Estelle can tell she's friendly and gentle. Not unlike someone she knows.]

[She doesn't mind it at all. Honestly, she's glad Sayaka has chosen to come to her and it eases a lot of the princess' worries about being rejected. Of course, she didn't think she would be, but those fears are still somewhat in her so this pretty much eases them if not erases them.]

I thought your performance was really good-- flawless even. If I'm to be honest, I was awed at the fact you could sing and dance like that and not even seem remotely tired. I don't think I could ever do that.

[It's all the truth. Dancing would take so much out of her and wind her, so to sing on top of that? Estelle has a lot of respect for Sayaka.]

It could very well be. Maybe if we have another meeting we could discuss it. They seem to happen on Tuesdays, so perhaps then.

[At least the last two happened on Tuesday so she thinks that's a good prediction.]

After all, I imagine others have been investigating since it's been discussed so heavily.

[Listen, Estelle's just proud she investigated and she got to find something cool, like a detective in a book. Next she'll get to collaborate with other detectives and solve a huge mystery!

In a sense, this is making her feel better because it's making her forget things that she wants to forget.]

Not worth it. [ He could elaborate, because it's actually not the most straight forward reason for him. But he doesn't, and for the next few moves it appears that Kyrie is making good moves on the board, until suddenly he's got her in a real bad position. It's not without some risk to his side, but it's clearly more advantageous for Terumi.

Did he think this fast on his feet? Or did he plan on moving like this along? It's a damn mystery. ]

I don't do shit for no reason.

I figured that out, Sherlock. Currencies change over time and it never really matters much anyway.

[ Another egg gets popped into his mouth, and it seems he's considering something. ]

I hate sleeping and I hate being reminded of irritating pain in my asses more. That doll is boring as shit, but at least she knows her place.

You know what? I might give that a shot if I find something I can use for the board. I've never been terribly handy, admittedly, but... there's a first time for everything.

Or there could be a set in that vending machine, but... I don't want to rely on that.

That's a good suggestion. [Kyrie takes two bottles. Maybe two will work better than one] Would you like to do it as well? Just in case one isn't enough.

If I have some free time usually I like to relax. Have a good book, play chess with someone...something that's calm.

[Kyrie tries again, rolling the ball. That was a better shot, hitting the other side and taking down four bottles. She seems relatively content with the result]

[Maybe you'll get lucky and find an arcade someday.

Kyrie gives Alex the liberty to choose what color of pieces she wants. Kyrie doesn't have a specific preference, after all]

So you don't play this kind of games often...

...I can see that now.

[One moment all was going fine, the next she's again on the losing side. In her mind she reviews the last few moves, pinpointing what Terumi was doing. Of course...she should have seen that. She got too confident in her own skill and made too many mistakes.

She evaluates the board. Kyrie had tried her best, and she really is good at chess, but she has to admit it: she's on the way to losing and there's not much she can do about it]

Well, I'll be! You weren't kidding. I concede defeat. That was certainly an impressive way to play.

...I suppose this nightmarish place is a good place as any to do something you have never done before.

[She's sure several people here would have snapped already if more new rooms hadn't been revealed]
