WEEK 3.
You all got to witness Yosuke Hanamura's death earlier this past week. You know what the punishment for breaking the rules is. With Chitoge Kirisaki and Blue's deaths, you're painfully aware of just how little trust this group really has. How long until someone kills again? What about that time limit the Coordinators imposed? Will there be another incentive? There are so many questions, but not a whole lot of answers. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... And when you wake up, you'll discover that a pattern seems to be emerging, at least as far as the building itself goes; a new floor is available to you, a stairwell across a short hallway from the one on the second floor having unlocked itself. There's not too much of a question about it as a result - at least, as far as what it means. It's definitely a reward. |

[OOC: Welcome to week three of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Alena!]

I wasn't lookin' at it because I was upset! It just made me think of Azusa-san.

[She's just going to sip at the drink. No sense in letting it go to waste.]

[It's spelled out more clearly in the upcoming trial, but she's probably heard it mentioned somewhere before?]
no subject
That's not really 'cause I'm a mutant. Well, some of it is because I took classes and stuff but a lot of it is just, like, you gotta know a little bit of everything to deal with situations when you're a superhero - or at least know who you can ask about them.
no subject
[Nervous laughter. She's glad that pattern didn't repeat.]
But it sounds really neat! I didn't know ya had to go to school to be a superhero. When I make it outta here, I'll tell everyone!

[Tabby herself did not actually attend superhero school regularly. She's an extremely bad student.]
It's good to, like, learn how to control your powers and stuff in a place where it's not gonna matter if you blow something up, though.

[She's picturing Spider-man as a more literal concept. He's kind of like a scary looking monster in her head??? Her eyes are going wide at the thought of it. A superhero spider...amazing. What if there's a Hamster-man?]
And everyone has different powers, right? There are spider powers and your powers...how many powers are there? Twelve?
no subject
[She takes another sip of the drink while she's trying to remember what Spider-Man actually does.]
I think Spider-Man mostly, like, has freaky skin that lets him climb walls and stuff? He also shoots web and has extra strength, but mostly he climbs on walls like a weirdo.
no subject
[This is all so shocking to her. Maybe she should have read more manga?]
Hey, Tabby...how does he shoot web? Men don't have web-shooting parts...and I can't imagine it bein' very pretty.
[She's totally picturing butt webs right now but doesn't want to say it.]
no subject
That's, like, not any better than making people register with the government because of their race or whatever? I mean, if people wanna register that's fine, but to force people to? That's messed up.
no subject
[She can stop being concerned about Spider-man's weird abilities now. But that register of powers. That sounds really mean.]
That kinda thing never works out well. It'd just end up scarin' everyone, I think.
[She's not trying to blindly agree, she's trying to think about it why it's bad. Aside from the word 'force.' Fortunately, Tabby is spared Hibiki's internal process right now, but she's trying.]
no subject
[Nevermind that her current team leader used to run the Avengers.]
Besides, it's their fault the government wants to control us and stuff? Which would be great if, like, they understood that you can't just be rescuing kittens from trees or whatever. Sometimes fights against monsters and stuff get nasty, there's nothing I can do about that.
I feel like all these tags are variations of "Tabby, please explain" and I'm sorry for that
[Poor, sweet innocent naive Hibiki.]
So you protect the people from the monsters, right? I think that's pretty important! It's like...cops...but for the monsters! Right?
i mean most of my tags are "tabby wtf" so you're good. it means i'm ic.
[Or "the X-Men are a metaphor for racism."]
And yeah. We're kind of like, Earth's defense against stuff normal people can't fight. Monster, aliens, whatever - we take care of it all.
no subject
[She can think of one mutant she thinks is cool?]
Do you get paid for that? It's obviously dangerous.
no subject
[She takes another sip of the drink. Talking about mutant-human conflict to a human (and a civilian at that) is weird.]
We get paid less than, like, big name teams like the Avengers do but. [She shrugs.] If you're on a team, you usually get paid. Usually, like, being the key word there.
no subject
[This is a weird conversation for sure, because Hibiki is still Naive and this sounds vaguely upsetting. And she's aware! Just like when she talks to Elda, it's easy for her to come out and say "I see it this way" because when she gets home? No vampires, no mutants. She doesn't have the context.]
I'm kinda seeing a recurring theme here. The Avengers come up a lot.
