WEEK 3 You all got to witness Yosuke Hanamura's death earlier this past week. You know what the punishment for breaking the rules is. With Chitoge Kirisaki and Blue's deaths, you're painfully aware of just how little trust this group really has. How long until someone kills again? What about that time limit the Coordinators imposed? Will there be another incentive? There are so many questions, but not a whole lot of answers. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... And when you wake up, you'll discover that a pattern seems to be emerging, at least as far as the building itself goes; a new floor is available to you, a stairwell across a short hallway from the one on the second floor having unlocked itself. There's not too much of a question about it as a result - at least, as far as what it means. It's definitely a reward. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 30

Knowing isn't the same as having power. Just because an insect knows a bat doesn't mean it can stop itself from being eaten.

[ she's quick to correct that, but then puts a hand on her hip and... ]

But that would help. At very least, it's something which might be important to consider from here.

A man doesn't have to know how a gun works to know how to fire it.

[But he sees her point.]

....What we really need is a way to stop them that doesn't run afoul of rules. So far, that doesn't seem likely.

Honestly, no. But that doesn't mean there isn't things to discover about this game. ... Or rules they might not know.

[ It's a bit of a bold claim, but she's wondered something for a bit. ]

You're right-- there are bound to be rules we don't know about because we haven't asked.

It's probably like that by design.

[matchbreaker]

Oh, certainly. But how many rules might they be bound to?

[perpend]

....That's a good question, and one I intend to find an answer for.

Then you agree it seems likely? This whole set up is incredibly specific, and if it's happened before, if there's all sorts of little things that are incredibly specific... then it seems likely that there's procedure.

[ She taps a hand on the shelf ]

There's no way it's all bound up in his every whim.

I do. Jericho has said as much, that they've recycled titles in the past. This has a lot of thought behind it.

[matchbreaker]

And if Jericho himself is inexperienced, like some of us have figured-

It stands to reason that he had some sort of mentor, or was handed this off by others.

[perpend]

....It makes it sound like there's a whole industry associated with this, doesn't it? How preposterous.

I think so too! It's just... a theory I've been considering. If there's been that many more than one he's been involved with, would he still be tripped up by stuff like he has been?

[ Wouldn't he be more jaded? ]
