WEEK 5 Tabitha Smith, Sigrun Eide, and Solf J Kimblee are all dead. Regardless of what you think of the trial or the events leading up to it, there's no denying that you can feel the dent in your numbers now. After all, ten people are gone now. It may be hard, but all you can do is keep going. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... What with Jericho's excitement at the last trial, it's evident now more than ever that the new floor that's opened up to you is a gift, a reward for a job well-done. Because while surviving is something that you'll continue to try to do of your own merit...well. Let's say that he's so, so very proud of you. [ Yuri glances over at Sayaka as she's punching around some of the mats. He's probably going to be doing that himself in a bit. ]

I'm thinking the same—there's been theories being thrown around in the meeting, so maybe whatever's found can answer those two.

[ He's not necessarily an overly optimistic person but he thinks it's reasonable they're due for something substantial relatively soon, anyway. ]

[ Yuri's definitely peeking his head around in the newly revealed areas around this time for a bit, and that's when he spots Archer. ]

Yo, Archer! Are you looking for something?

[ Now that a day has passed he might as well check up on Estelle. Also, she's right there. With random book in hand, he lightly knocks it against her head to get her attention. ]

[ It was hard to miss the whole, uh, chair throwing thing. He doesn't know Elda enough to know what she likes or to know if she'll stay in her room for a while but as someone who routinely locks himself away for days (or weeks) at a time, he knows it can be a pretty boring experience. And a lonely one.

So he heads to the library and game room to pick up some stuff. When he's done, he heads to Elda's room and leaves a book and a deck of playing cards in front of it.

Knock knock. ] Leaving something. [ That's it, that's all. She can take them or not, he's leaving right after anyway. ]

[ ...You know, when Yuri asked about one of her pets, he wasn't expecting to get the absolute full rundown here and for a moment when she goes into full detail he's a bit surprised. But honestly, he's not bothered by it at all. ]

It looks pretty good—can't wait to chow down, actually.

[ Sometimes the best food is not the most fancy. ]

I don't mind you telling me a good amount about your pets. It shows you care about 'em a lot, and to me that's never a bad thing. Can't say I expected all of that information either, but it's not like I don't have time to listen.

[ He didn't know her very well, but damn that certainly happened.

At the end of the day, Yuri's never liked those rules very much—he certainly doesn't think it's reasonable to kill someone for something like that anyway. But though he'd like to spite them he knows better not to stick around to push his luck. So he'll just go off elsewhere. ]

Keh, then you've never heard the good shit. [ The trip to his room is short, and it's equally fast that he unlocks his door and grabs the guitar. He's not inviting Archer in, but his room is clean and sparse with the only other addition a lone roomba.

Weird maybe, but now off to the ballroom! ]

Let's see if you have as good a taste as he did.

He's a bitch, hiding behind his doll the entire time. Least he could do is show his face, or not leave most of this shit to the doll.

[ Clearly the fact that he's elusive is the worst thing. Ah, but then he adds. ]

And if you snoop into my business you better have a damn good reason for doing it.

[With how much Estelle is into her book, it's not hard for Mikoto to approach her without being noticed.

So she winces a bit when she's knocked against the head with a book, though honestly, she's more surprised since she didn't think someone would do that.]

Oww...

[There's a moment where she rubs her head where she was hit before she looks up at Mikoto and her expression turns into that of a large smile.]

Mikoto!

[She looks a lot better in comparison to the day before.]

I don't see why we couldn't. Why don't you start, Yuri?

[She's curious about what he may have dreamt about since it seems like they have dreams about different events at times. It's interesting to see if that fills in any holes.]

[ That's good. He wasn't actively worrying about her or anything, but she's here. He's here. ]

Looks like you're feeling better.

I don't want to see somebody get randomly picked off again. I'd almost rather it were a murder - at least that's not just killing them to fill some kind of quota.

Although, you could probably dislike the thought of your own mortality.

No. Not really. There's probably not any point in trying to hide them, either - I'm sure they'd just put more in here.

I am. I talked to a lot of people after I spoke with you and had a good dream, so I figured it's best to keep up a good attitude.

[She continues to smile as if backing up her words. At least it seems like she's not forcing it at all.]

Oh, certainly not. You won't be cutting vegetables with these. [And if someone got his knives and did that with them, he would be offended.] They are better suited for throwing.

How about your sword? Any distinct features?

Oh, of course. Naturally they would give you the bat feed when there are no bats. [...] Is keeping bats a custom that your family has, or...?

[Vampires don't exist in his world, so the whole vampires and bats stereotype is lost to him.]

We have got a lot of secret doors we can't open. This part around the game room must be rooms, at least.

[What is any of this. The Tales series may have a lot of Halloween and Christmas promo art but...that doesn't count.]

Yeah, that's sort of what I was thinking, too. We could use something nice to remind us.

It's Miso Soup! It's made with miso paste, green onions, dashi, tofu, seaweed...I added some fish into there too, since I usually eat that with breakfast.

[...you know, she probably doesn't have any idea what that is--but she'll get a bowl prepared for Adelina none the less.]

I haven't made it in a little while, but it's always been something that I enjoyed.
