Week 9.
With another death to the timer and another double murder - accidental though that last part may have been - your numbers have been cut even further. Hibiki Ganaha, Sayaka Maizono, Alex, and Kyrie Ushiromiya are all dead, bringing those left alive from twelve down to eight. It's almost hard to believe this started with thirty-five people. There are so few of you now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... It seems that the pattern from last week is holding; there is no new floor to occupy yourselves with. It doesn't seem much else has changed, either - leading to questions that are uncomfortable but must be confronted. Namely, where do you go from here? Is there anything you can do? |

[OOC: Welcome to week nine of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Hilda!]

Doesn't stop her from taking all the books out one by one, flipping through them to see if they can be read, and when she finds they can't, sighing and then settling in to the window.
... That's boring, eventually, though. So she's just going to play pool at the pool table. Anyone want to join her? She's be here all day other than to go down to check for ghost messages at 3PM in the lower library like she promised to do every day. She might talk to Hilda too...? Who knows, her mood sucks. It's not awful, but ... thoughtful. And the fact her thoughts can't reach an endpoint is frustrating.
Jericho said two months. Two more months of this, sheesh. ]
new room!
So it's not too surprising to him when he goes up there and sees someone else. And since it's Elda, he'll try to talk to her.]
Still the same view?

[
I had to ask Dal about thatWhich, you know, awesome? She says this with a small grin, pushing off from the window. ]no subject
[Then again, maybe they are just in a dark spot on this planet, and food is grown elsewhere. Or he's just overthinking things again.
But if Elda is moving back from the window, Luca will walk over to look out it again, spending a few moments just looking at the city.]
I wonder if the people there even know about this place. We're so close, but it seems so far away at the same time.

[ she says, getting over to the pool table and picking up one of the cues, giving it a little poke and making sure she's got it weighted right. ]
no subject
[Which is a scary thought, because it might mean that the people there won't help them.
Luca looks away from the window, and to Elda instead.]
Do you want to play a game?
no subject
[ She says with some humor. ]
I just want to say that I googled this and this is actually what they called 'pool sharks' back then
[He is also teasing, but mostly the teasing is because he absolutely is a pool shark/card shark but he won't do that to Elda. Because das rood]

[ She nods all the same. Let's play, she'll even start to set up the balls. ]
no subject
Ah. I suppose that is true, I have been pretty moralizing here.
But- since we are such good friends and all- would you like to know a secret?
no subject
Sure, why not?
no subject
no subject
Hah, so the same as Green's ridiculousness? That's actually pretty funny.
no subject
[With the balls in place, Luca will go ahead and set up to break. If Elda is one to notice such things, he is playing left-handed right now.]
no subject
[ It's what always pissed her off about Fern. ]

no subject
[ ... Or maybe it's just she singled in on Fern. ]
She weighed too much too. Dragging her away from the exploding boy was such a pain.
no subject
I will trust your judgement on that one.
[And break! Pretend cool pool shit happened here because I am definitely using Google's help for how games of pool go.]
It looks like I am stripes, then.
no subject
But...
Okay, she nods ]
Seems like it.

Unless it's someone Luca dislikes too so they can both throw shade.Luca moves to take another shot, and as he sets up he speaks again.]
I suppose I should stop with it now, though. Rin and Adelina don't seem like the type who need a 'good example' to do what's right.
no subject
[ She leans a little on the table, humming to herself.
She does like them both. ]
no subject
Mmm, they have. Did you know that Adelina is already married?

[ She laughs a little, spinning a hand in the air. ]
But then, she's a hero now, after a sort. And all that's left of the line.
