Wednesday morning is off to a strange start.

Anyone awake shortly after the morning chimes go off will be greeted with the mildly bizarre sight of candles set up in rows along the hallways; they seem to be forming a path leading somewhere upstairs.

It seems your friends are still looking out for you. It also seems like they're probably doing it for a good reason, because...

Hey, Weiss! We found Mister Conductor!

Well, he's the right age for it, and he had some keys in his pocket!

[Meanwhile, with Weiss here there are definitely three of you - and it doesn't seem like an announcement is forthcoming.]

[ This is not looking good for the Conductor... while he's here though, he's gonna take a look at the body a little closer, he does know a thing or two about what the aftermath of a large explosion looks like. Is there anything more to note about the powder burns? ]

[The patterns are kind of weird; they don't seem to have hit him directly, though they seem to have hit something very close to him - they're more from the aftermath of reasonably small explosions that went off close by, looks like.

Definitely not what killed him, though, you're right about that.]

[ Well. There is one disturbing thing Bakugou has realized and that's that this is probably what somebody would look like if he (1) had his powers back and (2) killed somebody using them, either on accident or on purpose.

If the explosions didn't kill him, Bakugou supposed the most likely explanation is impact from being thrown back by the explosion, would the general roughed up state of the body be consistent with "this guy was tossed against a wall/the floor with extreme force"? ]

[Actually, not really.

It's more consistent with this guy was fucked up with extreme prejudice, probably with a blunt object. It's kind of hard to tell exactly what's going on due to the dark clothes and the fact that there were, in fact, a lot of explosions around here, but. Yeah. Looks like blunt force trauma happened here.]

[ Awww man somebody fucked this guy up good and Bakugou is increasingly paranoid God may have actually smote the Conductor. Just to be sure, is this like "most of his body is broken as hell" or is it almost definitely the face getting smashed in that did it? Would he be able to ascertain anything about the likely size of the weapon used? ]

[Most of his body is broken as hell. If the trauma to the head didn't do it, that certainly would have, and it's hard to tell exactly which came first.

As for the weapon...it seems weirdly inconsistent. Like there may have been more than one thing used.]

[ HE CAME HERE HOPING FOR EXPLOSIONS AND THIS IS WHAT HE GETS.. Not that death by explosion is better, but he's more inured to what it looks like when somebody gets hecked up good with explosions.

Is there anything else immediately notable about the body? He'll leave detail work to somebody with more body handling experience than him otherwise. ]
