WEEK 5.
Tabitha Smith, Sigrun Eide, and Solf J Kimblee are all dead. Regardless of what you think of the trial or the events leading up to it, there's no denying that you can feel the dent in your numbers now. After all, ten people are gone now. It may be hard, but all you can do is keep going. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... What with Jericho's excitement at the last trial, it's evident now more than ever that the new floor that's opened up to you is a gift, a reward for a job well-done. Because while surviving is something that you'll continue to try to do of your own merit...well. Let's say that he's so, so very proud of you. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 23 |

[OOC: Welcome to week five of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Alena!]

She could point out that Jericho would likely take all of this away from them, if it came to it. That this is probably just more of what he considers "cute". God, she's never wanted to kill a man more.]
...yeah. Writing stuff down's gonna be important too, if it comes to that. [She ducks into the storage for a moment to grab some supplies, raising her voice a tad to still be heard.] Maybe make a couple copies.

Yeah, I'm...trying to go into as much detail as I can. There's a lot of things that I'd need to inform myself of if something is to happen, so I'll probably need to go over these for the next...day or so. And find some good hiding places for them.
[...Mmph.]
...This is probably one of the scarier prospects that they've brought up, honestly.

[It's not at all the same, she thinks, as the other memories they've lost. That's chronological; she's basically the same as she was before whatever she can't remember happened. Her past isn't just riddled with holes.
She comes back out and sits near Sayaka to start on something herself.]
It makes me wonder why he brought us here. More, I guess.

[says the person with little to no life experience herself
Sayaka does admittedly peer up a bit to see what Susan's got going on, before going back to writing a bit. The page she's on has plenty of recognizable names, though at least one or two who aren't.]
...I'm not sure. It's kind of a conundrum, isn't it? Along with everything else here.

Alena told me Jericho chose each of us for some specific reason. But if not who we are, then what is it? I'm sure he wouldn't risk just getting rid of whatever made us interesting to him.
no subject
...I have an idea, but...that's just based off the stuff I've seen in my memories. I'm not exactly sure how much of a stretch it would be to say these are taking place anywhere else, but...
Do you think we might have that in common? Do you have any memories of that?

...Uh...I'm...guessing I don't really want to ask? [Like it's probably none of her business, but.] That sounds absolutely awful, Ashworth-san...
no subject
Yeah...well, I did get out of those ones.
no subject
That's good to hear, at least. It must mean that something like this could...still possibly be escapable.
[She hopes. She really, really hopes.]

[...That sure is honest.]
I know it's to be expected at this point, but even so...despair is what'll kill us before anyone else tries, I think.

[But Sayaka isn't one of her usual Salt Buddies]
Whatever it takes, I guess. We can't all just lose our minds in here, or let somebody get away with murder.
no subject
Yeah, though...if we let ourselves fall that far, someone's gonna wind up winning.
[...She takes another peer at what Susan's drawing, idly, just kind of stopping her writing for a moment.]
Or...well, all of us could end up like that, if no one decides to act. It'd be about...200 hours, if I've got it right.

[It's Elda!]
It seems like a waste, after they were so set on this murder thing. Not that I really want to test it, either.
no subject
[Of course, she could be wrong. Someone could want just that to happen.
...Still, Sayaka does smile a bit at the portrait.]
That's a really good portrait of Elda-san. You really weren't lying about your skill.

[...That...gets her to pause a bit, but--she remembers, she just figured that she--]
...I can't believe I almost forgot. That's...almost ironic. [...Her voice seems a little strained and she's staring away.] Thank you, Ashworth-san, I...I really appreciate it, you know?
no subject
[oh god EMOTION? She's just going to quietly not acknowledge all of that for the moment.]
I hope it can help, if anything happens. Of course she'd still be there, but the fact that you'd have a picture of her... [you keep those of people you care about]
