WEEK 5 Tabitha Smith, Sigrun Eide, and Solf J Kimblee are all dead. Regardless of what you think of the trial or the events leading up to it, there's no denying that you can feel the dent in your numbers now. After all, ten people are gone now. It may be hard, but all you can do is keep going. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... What with Jericho's excitement at the last trial, it's evident now more than ever that the new floor that's opened up to you is a gift, a reward for a job well-done. Because while surviving is something that you'll continue to try to do of your own merit...well. Let's say that he's so, so very proud of you. [ well. might as well tell adelina what's up to remedy the situation! orihime holds up the bracelet she'd been making; it's not finished yet. ]

I was hoping to surprise you with this, Adelina-san... It's a friendship bracelet!

[bloodbiter]

Oh, no, it did not! I simply wanted to be certain that I didn't do something to cause...

[Offense, she almost says, before trailing off when she sees what Orihime holds out to her. She - well, quite honestly, she stares for a moment as if it was entirely unexpected. Then she lets out a small, pleased laugh, giving the other girl a smile.]

That is - incredibly kind of you. You think of me as a friend already...?

[introspects]

Oh, of course, Adelina-san! You're so kind and nice, why wouldn't I think of you as a friend?

[ offense? not at all. quite the opposite, actually! orihime grins before going back to work on the bracelet. ]

I'll finish it by the end of the day and find you, if you'd like to wear it!

[bloodbiter]

Truth be told, I do not have much experience with others saying such things to me. I was not the most social person, back in my home.

[She gives another nod, flushing a bit at the admission and the offer Orihime gives.]

I should love to wear it. Thank you. Perhaps I could make you something in return? An embroidered handkerchief, or...

[introspects]

Really? That's surprising! You're very friendly--at least I think so!

[ she means it. adelina is...probably one of her only friends here, so orihime appreciates her kindness. ]

Ah, there's no need for that, though; just you wearing it is enough! I promise.

[bloodbiter]

That's very sweet of you to say. I used to be very timid, so... While I might love to meet new people now, it was not always that way.

[She shakes her head.]
