WEEK 5.
Tabitha Smith, Sigrun Eide, and Solf J Kimblee are all dead. Regardless of what you think of the trial or the events leading up to it, there's no denying that you can feel the dent in your numbers now. After all, ten people are gone now. It may be hard, but all you can do is keep going. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... What with Jericho's excitement at the last trial, it's evident now more than ever that the new floor that's opened up to you is a gift, a reward for a job well-done. Because while surviving is something that you'll continue to try to do of your own merit...well. Let's say that he's so, so very proud of you. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 23 |

If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Alena!]

Uh...honestly, I'm not sure. I don't even know what sort of person she is, and it...feels like I'd be inviting a stranger into my life.

That, and...well, I have a mother figure. Of sorts. And I wouldn't want to make that awkward.
no subject
That is a fair train of thought, I think. But - would you tell me about the person you think of like a mother?

[...DOES SHE REALLY WANNA DRAG ELDA'S DIGNITY THROUGH THE MUD HERE
SIGNS POINT TO NO]
I don't know if it's...something she'd want me to be public about. Her matters are a little private, you see.

Of course. My apologies if I overstepped any boundaries.

[Nothing you need to worry about, Addie, s'all good.]

Might I ask what your father is like, then? Other than a hard worker.

[This is actually...kind of hard for Sayaka to think of.]
But he...let me follow my dreams, at least.

[She seems to sense this might be a fraught topic as well, though, and so falls silent while she thinks of something else to say.]

[It's...a bit of a Topic, that's for sure, but she doesn't seem to be upset. More just...neutral? Weirder, if anything.]

No...not really, no. I just watched other idols perform, but otherwise, I was by myself at the house.

I don't think I want to, at this point. It may be for the best.

It's a long story.

[She takes that as a sign that Sayaka doesn't want to discuss it further, but - she isn't certain how to shift into another topic, either. She falls silent for a moment.]
