WEEK 6 You've lost a lot of people this week, haven't you? Katniss Everdeen and Weiss Schnee were killed for rule violations, while Chie Hori and Frank Archer were murdered by Mikoto Suoh and Yuuki Terumi. It doesn't really matter how they died, though, does it? After all, they're dead now and the only thing you can do is keep moving forward. It seems like there's no end in sight. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Changes were promised to you this week; while Sunday dawns seeming no different from the previous weeks, it seems one change is going to remain a constant - namely, a new floor has been opened up to you. Whether this is a promising sign or not is something that you're going to need to decide for yourself. The important thing, for now, is that you continue to do well. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 19

[ she notes that, shaking her head. A lot of sacrificial people here, huh. ]

After everything we have seen in this place, it's not much of a stretch to imagine that man would go for the sickest way possible to achieve his goal, even if it is reforming people.

If anything, I remembered a more dangerous one this week- no... I suppose I remembered the outcome.

[She pauses for a moment, as though surprised by the praise, and then ducks her head with a small smile.]

...It makes me glad that you think so. You have always seemed remarkably well put together to me as well. That is, the same could certainly be said of you.

[matchbreaker]

[ Noted, that goes in her little notebook too. ]

[ she says with a smile, finishing her current upside down cross carving. ]

[ she knows that can be no comfort to a father.

But at the same time, that's really all she's got. so... ]

[When Alex points it out to her, she takes a moment to look it over, tilting her head as she examines it.]

I see! A bit like a lute, then. I wonder if there is anyone here familiar with such an instrument here. I know some people can play the piano, but...

[She thinks about it.]

Both Hibiki and Sayaka are talented musicians. Perhaps they would know.

[She nods.]

She has much more experience with fighting than I do, so I know she understands the value of strategy. I will place my trust in her.

[matchbreaker]

Good.

[ . . . So don't you kill someone, brat. ]

Stars - stars sounds quite preferable.

It must be a very impressive one, then! May I ask what the subject is?

[She gives Susan a smile.]

Thank you! It was a pleasure to make them. I hope that the others can find some measure of comfort in them.

[She nods.]

I understand. Besides... It takes more than just optimism to succeed. In fact, optimism without a plan behind it is little more than foolishness, and that can be very dangerous here. I wouldn't want what happened to Yosuke or Weiss to happen to anyone else, after all.

Stairs

[matchbreaker]

[ ...! ]

What are you up to here, girl? What's that thing? Sure looks bulky!

[ Apparently she's here to be annoying. She was going up the stairs but now she's getting in step with her... ]

[bloodbiter]

Of course. I will make note of that.

[A small pause, and then, curious:]

Is it to be modeled after a real place you've been, this forested hill?
