WEEK 6.
You've lost a lot of people this week, haven't you? Katniss Everdeen and Weiss Schnee were killed for rule violations, while Chie Hori and Frank Archer were murdered by Mikoto Suoh and Yuuki Terumi. It doesn't really matter how they died, though, does it? After all, they're dead now and the only thing you can do is keep moving forward. It seems like there's no end in sight. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Changes were promised to you this week; while Sunday dawns seeming no different from the previous weeks, it seems one change is going to remain a constant - namely, a new floor has been opened up to you. Whether this is a promising sign or not is something that you're going to need to decide for yourself. The important thing, for now, is that you continue to do well. |

Do you think there's a god?
[ Later on she's actually in the art studio, chilling and sketching stuff again. The vault symbol shows up again, but no terrible rock dogs! Looks great, looks great, oh my god another terrible thing why this???
Or even later she's apparently decided to hang in the shooting range, not doing anything major but looking at a couple bullets she's holding in one hand? There's also a few glancing looks at the archery stuff, but like. She is a twig, she knows this. ]
chapel
[Yet Estelle has been frequenting the chapel a lot this week. Given it's a place of worship and prayer, she keeps praying for a way out of their situation. Praying for a positive solution to end this for them and to somehow ensure their loved ones won't get involved.]

There's obviously something, but I don't think it's God.

[ Really, he wouldn't. Hello from Tales of Vesperia land, aka Terca Lumireis, where such things do not come up often. Probably because there's no priests or churches like this there, but hey. ]

Eventually, she gets to the vending machine and gets her new haul. The flower is really pretty so she’s keeping that, but the rest? She’s not sure. Someone else will appreciate the alcohol, and the club she’ll take to her room. She always takes her weapons to her room because they don’t need to be out and about. Everything else is free for the picking.
In the evening, she’s in the kitchen trying to make dinner, but nothing sounds good. Instead she elects to make some black tea of the loose leaf kind that smells sort of floral. Anything to calm her down and calm her stomach down.]

...he's frustrated as hell by it, honestly. There's nothing he can do about it, since if nobody kills of their own volition they'll just be selected by roulette after the time limit ends. And it's not like he'd be able to do anything about it if he could...
...he's going to try and find a creative outlet for his frustrations. He's going to head to the workshop, where he... erm. Well, if the intent is to carve a bunch of warped discs with inscrutable patterns and twisted, distorted wooden figures that seem like they wouldn't be out of place as representations of someone's repressed fear of animals in a horror game, he's doing a great job, but given the way Tarrlok's looking at his creations...]
...I've never been so thankful that I'm probably never getting married.
[woof. okay. maybe he'll try some retail therapy, or the closest thing he can get to it! TO THE VENDING MACHINE. He's not too displeased with his haul, until he finds the remains of his poor, poor gavel.]
...they couldn't even put in the new one!?
[ugh. well, he's going to head to the storage room to get some duct tape and spend a little time in the art room trying to get that thing duct taped back together with... some nice design? ...well, he's kind of staring with trepidation at the plain duct tape, because holy shit, his artistic attempts in another medium earlier in the day are not leaving him particularly confident.]

Later in the day he can be found hanging around the vending machine, and well, at first some of the items don't really catch his eye. Then, he's holding up a picture of Rideaux that's been signed, and he can't just help but stare at it. Like kind of like in surprise. He didn't know that the guy was that popular.
He doesn't even notice when someone walks in. ]
... Wow. Well, it's definitely not a bad picture.
[ After he's done with that, he's found later in the chapel, looking around in here and rubbing his head a bit. None of this is familiar to him in the slightest, but he figured he can't hurt to check it out. ]

What of Rita and Flynn? Estelle’s been just so worried she can’t even think straight.
The chapel is one of the places she’s been frequenting as she returns there and sees that Yuri is now in the vicinity.]
Did you come here to meditate?
[That’s what Estelle’s been using this place as—a sort of meditation room.]

"...Wow," is right. How did something like that end up in the vending machine? He can't remember the last chance he got to sign a photo, he was so busy even before ending up here.
Needless to say that Yuri's comment is going to get a reply.]
I am flattered to hear you say that. Truly, I am.
[And of course it's delivered in the most Rideaux™ way.]
