Week 7.
Orihime Inoue, Estellise Sidos Heurassein, and Kirei Kotomine all died this past week. One of your Coordinators died as well, leaving you with a new face but still no end to this. Several of you are finding yourselves at a crossroads: either keep moving forward, or accept the inevitability of fate. It's your own choice, your own decision; no one's going to make it for you. Over half of you are gone now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, a new floor has been opened to you; unfortunately, either this is a particularly strange reward or Jericho is starting to get downright sarcastic. Perhaps there's something in it for you despite the setup; who knows, though there's really only one way to find out. |

[OOC: Welcome to week seven of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Hilda!]

[And since it worked, it clearly was the right thing to do, as far as she's concerned. Poor robot cat...]

[ A beat and she tilts her head... you know, maybe she should - she rummages in the little makeshift bag she's got over her shoulder to pull out Ditty's Pokeball, but doesn't quite call the thing out yet ]
Does it talk?

[She seems a bit uncomfortable. Robots and machines like these weren't exactly commonplace in 1986, she doesn't know what to do]

[Rin takes out something from her pocket; one of the blue pendants you can find in the vending machine. Aligula gave it to her. On a whim, she dangles it out between her and the cat, to see if it'll interact with it.]

[At least it's a cat and not a round talkative idiot, right, Rin?]

A special assistant! Magi use them frequently, for small errands, or tasks where you need something more inconspicuous.

[Rin sways the pendant back and forth a little, still trying to catch their feline friend's interest.]
It's a special place for a special cat.

[It's a nice shiny thing! Rin rocks it back and forth, though not too hard. Just making it a more attractive thing to play with! She's trying to lure it out from under the table.]
You like that, huh?

You know, that whole cat whispering type deal, where the cat must grant you the special privilege of being able to touch it.]

[Especially sine it does seem like a normal cat.]

[ Speaking of, she's going to activate the Pokeball to send out Ditty! Ditty will now engage the cat.
... By way of wiggling over ]

The cat does not respond by...doing that thing that cats do when they jump straight up, but at the same time it is backing up and making some sort of oddly realistic hissing noise because what is this weird wiggling thing.]

... Grow a cat tail.
And that's it. ]

That said, that is baffling, and that'll get it to come a bit closer to figure out what the fuck is going on with this thing.]

It's a machine that's able to perfectly mimic a cat!
[He doesn't really get it, but this is totally their cat now.]

[ Robots, man??? this is robots??? right??? ]

[......]
Well, it might be possible for [insert fictional country here], but not my country.

... Humans wrote a lot of books about stuff like that years and years ago. I kept hoping I'd see them and the flying cars in my lifetime.

[Cabanela at least would absolutely own a flying car.]
