Week 7.
Orihime Inoue, Estellise Sidos Heurassein, and Kirei Kotomine all died this past week. One of your Coordinators died as well, leaving you with a new face but still no end to this. Several of you are finding yourselves at a crossroads: either keep moving forward, or accept the inevitability of fate. It's your own choice, your own decision; no one's going to make it for you. Over half of you are gone now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, a new floor has been opened to you; unfortunately, either this is a particularly strange reward or Jericho is starting to get downright sarcastic. Perhaps there's something in it for you despite the setup; who knows, though there's really only one way to find out. |

[OOC: Welcome to week seven of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Hilda!]

If you stopped by to insult me, you needn't bother. I know more than anyone still alive in this building exactly how reckless it was.
no subject
I did not. If I did, that would have been the first thing that I said. [He's blunt like that.] I simply heard you practicing and came in to investigate.

Rin shrugs as if to say "fair enough", before turning aside from him to reach for her water bottle. She was definitely at things for too long in here, because she's feeling dehydrated now. There are two empty ones besides it, but this one is fresh; she cracks it open and takes a long, long drink, downing a third of its contents in one go.]

He watches Rin do that for a moment, then launches into something Rin probably expects now that he's seen her going to town on the punching bag.]
Have you been training in combat for long? Your movement suggests you at least have a fair bit of experience.
no subject
...It hasn't been all my life, but it's been several years at least. [She wipes her mouth, and screws the lid to her water bottle back on.] I can't remember when we started.
[Read: She got a lot of combat training in very quickly.]
no subject
You and Kirei, I assume. [That part he did catch. It was kind of hard not to.] Is it a basic part of training as a mage in your world?
[A lot of spirit arte users in Rideaux's world tend to be on the squishy side, hence the question.]
no subject
[We Fate mages are also typically on the soft and squishy side.]
no subject
[It's something that he can get behind, at the very least. He knows he loves it when he gets to do it.]

[That said-]
I suppose I might. Or perhaps not. I am a simple doctor and Director, after all.
[He knows he's not fooling Rin with that, but he just wants to see how she'll react.]
no subject
A man's only as simple as his laundry routine.
no subject
Oh, ouch. You got me there, then. Cleaning this suit is anything but simple.
no subject
[That would be so much worse, in murder school.]
no subject
[He has his school uniforms that he wears on occasion and while his suit is drying on laundry days, but they're just...not the same.]

It is what it is. Fridays are tedious for everyone, honestly. Wouldn't you say?
no subject
[She's going to take another drink of her water bottle, and go back in front of the punching bag now. Her muscles feel like they're tensing up, her shoulders drawn up with it, but she's tempted to go another round.]

no subject
Quite. Even those who say you shouldn't speak ill of the dead would make an exception for Kimblee.
no subject
[G o d.]
I thought he was reasonable enough when we first met, but...how wrong I was.
no subject
Yeah. Well, "competent" and "reasonable" aren't always the same thing. [...] Honestly, Kimblee got on my nerves from the beginning. It just took me until Blue's trial and seeing how well he got along with Kirei to figure out the reason.
[This was before the whole crazypants reveal and whatnot, she just found them both aggravating.]
