WEEK 2.
Two people are dead. Jean Kirstein and Caren have both died due to a tragic accident. Of course, you're not entirely innocent, are you? You voted, you played into this game the Coordinators are running. But you know the stakes now. You know what failure to complete Rule Seven really means. No more excuses from here on out. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Of course, exploring the building from here on will reveal something new: namely, a stairwell in the northeastern corner, leading upwards toward a new floor entirely. Another sign of how things are going to progress around here, maybe; chances are you'll enjoy what you've been given, but was it worth the lives of two people to obtain? |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week two of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Alena!]

Though she does get out again and goes to the vending machine and while most of the items are unfamiliar to her, she sees her mother’s memento come out of the vending machine and just holds it to her chest tightly. It’s a comfort to her; it’s also the prize she nearly gave up as a payment to Brave Vesperia.
Though she also does look at the pocket watch and opens it. It looks really important and valuable. Same with the Roomba— though that she’s going to turn on and have it running in the foyer as she just watches it probably for a good hour before she takes her haul back to her room. Either she’s easily amused, easily distracted, or in a huge need of a distraction.
Eventually, she goes to the new floor and the moment she sees the library it’s game over. She has a thought to go back to her room and grab the food she got from the vending machine and parks herself at her new sanctuary. She has a pile of books out to read, but most notably, she seems to be thrilled to see a book called The Tale of the Jade Planet there and is reading it rather fondly.
Please, ask her about her ideal man. She’ll in return tell you about her fictional crush.]

...Where did you get that?
[Because Estelle has something that is very much a State Alchemist pocketwatch, even if he can't see the inside of it or any particularly identifying personal marks, he's very sure that that's the Amestrian military emblem on the outside, where in the world did that come from?]
no subject
It came from that machine. Do you recognize it?
no subject
This hasn't been in my possession for years, so I'm wondering how they got ahold of it... But yes, it's definitely something I recognize, it's something I received from the military upon becoming a State Alchemist in the first place.

A good message to have, if you ask me.
[...]
Do you mind if I keep this? [The watch.] I'm willing to give you something in exchange, should you want that.

Roomba
[ Well someone sounds upbeat? She's sporting a new necklace with a bat like thing on it she got out of the vending machine (really) but otherwise is as normal as she's leaping up onto one of the chairs to close in on Estelle. ]
no subject
[And it amuses her to hell and back. It also serves as a wonderful distraction since she doesn't want to recall her dream at all.]
no subject
[ It's heading right towards that wall... she's watching it while on her little perch... ]
no subject
[And bump into the wall it does before it turns course. At least it doesn't hit the wall over and over...]

[ Maybe she's thinking too scifi... ]

What is that?
no subject
[And she watches it as it hits the clock before changing directions to move away from it.]
no subject
[She watches it carefully, with clear interest.]
Did you have anything like this in your home, Estelle?
no subject
[It's returning to the middle of the foyer now.]
It's what makes this so fascinating. It almost appears sentient yet I know that it's not.

Right.]
Did you come here to find a book to read?
[At least she's not fangirling right off the bat.]
no subject
I haven't been in a library in a while though. Is this one still usin' that shitty, complicated filing system?
no subject
[She's not offput by his foul language, so that's something to notice.]
I can help you find a book if you want!

Something good come out?
no subject
Something nice did. I'm glad to see it.
no subject
Your mother's memento, right? It's good you got it back.
[ Yuri recalls when he asked to hold onto it for her in case she needed it again - it was better than the alternative of her tossing it away. ]
no subject
[She certainly won't toss it away now. It's a perfect reminder to her to hold on and keep fighting, she thinks.]
