boys and girls of ev'ry age~
[ With all the hubbub Aligula's been up for few weeks now and especially today, it should really, really not be a surprise that closing in around the evening, flyers start appearing pretty much everywhere, in true Aligula tradition.

There's an extra notice slipped under everyone's doors as well: i made costumes and you're not allowed to tell a ghost story unless you wear one!!!! they'll be in the bar with everything else so don't worry it's all taken care of~~~~ ♥
...yeah.
8pm sees the bar decorated with a lot of toilet paper—mummies were here, obviously—as well as cut-outs of cats, bats, ghosts, owls, and a few freaky looking things that are probably native to Aligula's world. Additionally, the bar counter is laden with dozens of treats, ranging from slightly overdone cookies (sugar, chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, snickerdoodle) roughly shaped like popular Halloween motifs like bats, ghosts, and something attempting to be a pumpkin; thumbprint cookies with some sort of raspberry jelly on them that's a little too sweet, thick, and sticky; to somewhat lopsided chocolate and vanilla cakes, topped with whipped cream frosting and mixed berries. There's hot chocolate and water for people who prefer not to take any of the alcohol that's naturally in the bar, and...
True to her notice, there are costumes laid across several tables and chairs that have been pushed together: bedsheets with fancy embroidery around the hem for some expensive-looking bedsheet ghosts, witch costumes, robes for every monster occasion, cat-ear headbands + tail combination and a marker for whiskers, the same except dog-themed, black capes with red insides for vampires...
If you told her a preference and let her measure you, your costume set aside with a piece of paper with your name attached to it! If not, well. Bedsheet ghosts and capes are one size fit all, though she attempted to eyeball (ha) most everyone, so maybe one of these other ones fit you? Or maybe you don't care and you're not going to tell a ghost story anyway, so whatever.
The ghost stories, by the way, have their own little throne—there's one table pulled away from the others that's covered with a blanket and has a pillow and a few of those cute Cerberus plushes that come out of the machine with it. Take a seat and share something spooky—tis the season in this room, after all. ]

she'll approach anyone with what appears to be a pleasant smile (you can tell from her eyes). ]

She'll be over by the food for a good bit, just kind of. Grabbing one of everything? Maybe two. She is enjoying herself quite a bit already.
Of course, she'll be going around and chatting people up as well! Don't mind her if she waves you down and walks over, because she'll be doing it with a smile.]
Hey there! Enjoying yourself, I hope?
[Of course, she'll probably be going to sit down at one of the tables with her sweet pile. It may not be brains, but clearly this zombie is more than happy with just about all of the sweets here.]
Going around
[It's not too bad to spend the night in a party like this one. She even accepted Aligula's grim reaper costume]
I had never disguised myself like this, but Aligula-san said this'd be a good costume for me. She says I'm pretty and kind of stone-faced.

It feels strange to be celebrating Halloween this time of year; we were only coming up on Valentine's Day back at home. But I got free clothes out of this, so who am I to complain?

Say hello to the Grim Reaper.
She seems to be quite satisfied with it, and doesn't mind being seen in a costume. She sticks near the decorations, observing them with some mirth]
You know, Halloween isn't very known where I come from. Everybody knows what it's like, but not many celebrate it. Trick or treat...there's not much of that.
[Maria would be ecstatic to see this party.
At some point she sits on the throne for ghost stories]
Would you like to hear the story of Beatrice, the Golden Witch of Rokkenjima? It seems there's a certain measure of truth in it, according to my dreams.
[She reserves the right to modify the story to suit a properly spooky atmosphere, of course]

It's too bad we don't have any turnips to carve, that would really bring about the holiday spirit. Or some hazelnuts and an open fire, that sort of 'friendship test' would be particularly interesting here.
[...mostly.
Also, Luca is some kind of vampire, and he even paid extra attention to his appearance since vampires are supposed to be attractive and all.
By the way, Aligula sewed 'snorepire' into the bottom of Luca's cravat and he hasn't noticed yet.]

The real draw of a Halloween party, of course, is the food, so hot damn Alex is going to gather up as many sweets as she can and just descend into teeth-ruining goodness. That and just wandering around and talking, chatting people up about their costumes and the like. ]
So, what're you?

Uh. Dressed like a dinosaur. He is the tallest, happiest dancing t-rex. For the evening, he'll be offering dancing lessons, no matter age or gender, because apparently that's what he's here for.

Anyway, she's enjoying drinks at the bar like usual, content to watch the younger crowd have their fun and not minding company that joins; after a time she'll be playing with a silver ring she got from the machine a little earlier, batting it between one hand and the other, and anyone who's at the counter will get to join at this game!!
There seems to be something new on her person too, more evident when she starts to schmooze around: a particularly nice looking dagger hangs at her hip, placed lovingly in a sheath of the same design. Please ask her about it. Please. Anyone who sees it and then looks at her is going to get the most expectant stare. Ask her.]

She's got a drink in hand, which is kind of a pointless gesture since it won't get her drunk, as she wanders around.
Eventually she ends up at the story throne. If someone wants a story, she'll explain Ghost Rider's origins. Or, well, the really fictionalized version they used to tell among the X-Men about how Ghost Rider comes for the souls of mutants who don't do their homework. There's children here, she's not about to traumatize them with an actual ghost story.]

He can be found wandering around at the beginning, just kind of observing the party and chatting people up. He gives the food a curious glance every now and then but ultimately decides against it every time. But maybe someone can talk him into indulging.
Once he has a good feel for the party, it's time for some photos. Looks like Chie isn't alone with the ability to take pictures now, because Rideaux seems to have acquired a red flip phone. It's his actual phone from back home, fresh from the vending machine. And the timing couldn't be more perfect, it seems.
Later on he's at the bar proper, making a spooky Halloween drink for himself. In actuality, he's just making something to match the colors of Aligula's decorations with the assumption that they are Halloween colors. Gotta look Perfectly Classy with a matching drink! If you ask nice, he might whip up something for you too...]

Well, Yuri's never seen a phone or a camera in his life before so he wouldn't have an inkling of what's going on over there. He's also apparently attending it in some sort of werewolf costume because he did decide to slip on by after all. ]
Hey, Rideaux. You enjoying yourself at the party?

She's also brought over as many of the biggest mixing bowls she could find. They're empty for now as she waves her fingers as if casting a spell.]
Who wants to help me make a witch's brew?
[Later, she's down for ghost stories as well, of course. She has the hood pulled back, all the better to showcase a spooky mask she's donned, to add a special touch to the storytelling, after telling anyone that might be listening that she'll take the next turn.]
In my hometown of Fuyuki, for years it's been said that if you find yourself on a certain side of town, on a certain hill, there's a certain mansion you should be wary of. This mansion is widely considered to be haunted, you see, and all manner of dark tales have arisen about it, passed from one person to the other in whispers...

As for the rest of this? She's smirking and seems to be using this spoon she has in hand as a little "wand" and- ]
Hey, so want a spell cast on you?! [ Doing that. For people?
She also might be found doing something decidedly more scary in the form of sneaking up behind people with her oddly silent footsteps and then tapping on their shoulder. They get to turn around to see elda in her cute witch mask, but more importantly wearing a uh, mask she got out of the machine.
And then finally on the story throne. ]
So who wants to hear some real vampire stories?

...She's a witch to sort of match with Rin and Elda, though she's modified hers to be more cat-like. A lot of ruffles, a lot of black, and she has her hair down so she can wear her cat-ear headband proudly. Her cat tail swishes with her as she walks around, checking in on everyone... and by checking in, I definitely mean "leering at people". Have a good time, this is a P A R T Y!! And she's doubly making sure Archer has his cat ears on wear the fucking headband, Archer.
When she's not leering, she's actually hopping up onto her little ghost stories throne with a laugh. She has some bat cookies in hand, and she snaps the wing of one of them off before she starts. ]
Soooooo, ghouls and boos, it's time to pick which totally spooky story you wanna hear~! The Beyond's got tons of them. [ ...Look at her and how cheerfully she treats most everything, this is absolutely the truth. ] To start... Gory, lorey, or snorey? Choose wiiiiiiselyyyy~!
