WEEK 6 You've lost a lot of people this week, haven't you? Katniss Everdeen and Weiss Schnee were killed for rule violations, while Chie Hori and Frank Archer were murdered by Mikoto Suoh and Yuuki Terumi. It doesn't really matter how they died, though, does it? After all, they're dead now and the only thing you can do is keep moving forward. It seems like there's no end in sight. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Changes were promised to you this week; while Sunday dawns seeming no different from the previous weeks, it seems one change is going to remain a constant - namely, a new floor has been opened up to you. Whether this is a promising sign or not is something that you're going to need to decide for yourself. The important thing, for now, is that you continue to do well. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING: 19

[ Honestly, it felt like a nightmare when he had opened up the envelope to see his long-time friend had also been roped into this mess. For a moment he had thought that everything felt...impossible. It wasn't because he had no faith in Flynn, but rather because he realized that the same could happen so easily to his other friends too.

It caused him to have some...serious doubts, putting it lightly. However, he knows that sulking's not going to do them any favors. Even if he's still weighted down by the motive himself.

For a long moment, Yuri's standing in silence because he's thinking of something. He knows there's really no right answer to Luca's question, but at the same time he doesn't want to say anything like... 'he won't', basically. ]

I can't guarantee anything that's gonna happen with anyone over there for sure. But, I know one thing:

[ If Luca's looking over at him, he'll notice Yuri's holding up a photo of his important person--Flynn. It's a man with short, spiky blond hair, blue eyes, and clad in blindingly white armor. ]

Flynn'd look out for the little guy. Keep him safe; he's a knight back at home, it's kinda his thing, you know? And he's always been like that too--I've known him practically all my life to know that much. Plus, Flynn's not the type to do anything stupid--he's sharp and he's a capable leader.

I know it's probably not going to ease your worries much, or at all, considering everything. But, someone's going to be looking out for him at least.

[bloodbiter]

[She tilts her head, curious.]

Are you speaking of any in particular?

[bloodbiter]

[There's a small pause.]

What is a guitar? Ah, but - I hope you are able to learn. Perhaps you would find something other than piano easier.

[bloodbiter]

[She nods.]

She seems to me very motivated and determined. I am sure she will be interested in exploring once she emerges.

[This'll totally be fine, no problems will be happening later.]

Hope so, at least...but yeah, that sounds perfect to me! I'll meet you up then, maybe at about...3 o'clock, so take care, alright? Get some good breakfast in your system!

[And with that, she'll see him off!

She'll just spend a little extra time getting her head back into the game before she'll meet him up in the dojo. Is he there?]

... A forest. No, a hill? ... Forested hill, if that's possible to portray.

She does but... she's not that cold. She's much warmer than you'd think, when you speak with her.

[ She's totally carving a pentagram. ]

... So is it a reincarnation thing?

So it's less 'talking to god', and more 'talk through your problems to find a solution'?

It truly would, you know? If the chance comes, I'd love to buy a copy off of you--a tale like that...it'd be worth bringing with me and sharing, no matter where we all go. You're gonna have a great career as an author once everything is taken care of, Estelle-chan!

[Sayaka pumps her fist in the air, as a sort of cheering motion! You got this Estelle.]

He's not guileless. Please do not underestimate my husband.

[ . . . But yes. ]

[It's not enough to completely erase all of Luca's worries. No, those are going to linger until he is 100% sure his son is safe. But it does help a little bit, knowing there is at least one person who would help. One person to keep an eye on a child and make sure he didn't get picked off as an 'easy target'.

That thought is enough to dull the urge to do something extremely irresponsible, at the very least. So hooray for that?]

I suppose that is all I can ask for. If there is even one person there to take care of him, then...

[Then he might be okay. Until Luca can get there and rescue him, at least.

Suddenly Luca is struck by another thought, and he grimaces.]

He's not tall enough to reach those podiums, the ones from the trials.

[At least he might not see people get hella murdered that way?]

[matchbreaker]

It probably depends on who their other coordinator is... right? If it's obvious there might be a path beyond killing.

[chessturner]

That's a bit too tall of an order, unfortunately, but in general I'm glad to hear you understood me. [Kyrie sighs] If only everyone else realized it...not that it'll be much better if nobody dies. We know what'll happen if nobody dies.

[Random deaths aren't much better]

[matchbreaker]

[ Oh.

... Oh, that's a good point. ]

Mmm. I wonder who their coordinator there will be on the ground. Certainly not Hilda twice over.

[matchbreaker]

[ Wow. ]

... Well, then let us hope for his sake there are any.

[matchbreaker]

[ His brother?

... Shit man, that's...

She marks it off on her notepad, but she nods solemnly for him. That's awful. ]

[matchbreaker]

Breathe, girl.

What should I say when I talk to her? You know her much better than I do, I'll follow your instructions.

[So classy, Elda. Somewhat amused, she thinks of the only priest they have. Maybe he isn't as dedicated to his profession as he could be, but just in case...]

Oh my, don't let Kotomine-san see that. He'll have a heart attack if he does.

[ she remembers the initial outburst and... ]

... He will be taken in quickly. Someone will endeavor to look out for him, probably even my James.

[ He'll be off to the wizard of oz grab himself something to eat, dobedobedo...

Following that, Yuri will decide to make his way down into the dojo. He's actually a bit late, like let's say about ten minutes or so. ]

Hope I didn't keep you waiting too long.

[ Yuri doesn't keep his pals hanging but he does show up fashionably late sometimes. ]

I suppose a father would best know how to take care of a child, at least.

[Elda's stories about James have made him seem like a good man, so that does make Luca worry slightly less. But only slightly.]

Yeah, except a movie's self-contained. Like...an hour to two or something three of content. They're...like a play, but on a screen, that you can start and stop. They're recorded videos.

[ A stiff frown sets on her face. ]

Well, if it is, it's a pretty sick way to do that. There are a lot of other reformation programs out there...and some of us who've done something like that- I know for sure they're accidents.

[ Fucked up if true, basically. ]

It seems as though there must be more of them. Whoever it is... I know she will hate them, as she should.
