WEEK 6.
You've lost a lot of people this week, haven't you? Katniss Everdeen and Weiss Schnee were killed for rule violations, while Chie Hori and Frank Archer were murdered by Mikoto Suoh and Yuuki Terumi. It doesn't really matter how they died, though, does it? After all, they're dead now and the only thing you can do is keep moving forward. It seems like there's no end in sight. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Changes were promised to you this week; while Sunday dawns seeming no different from the previous weeks, it seems one change is going to remain a constant - namely, a new floor has been opened up to you. Whether this is a promising sign or not is something that you're going to need to decide for yourself. The important thing, for now, is that you continue to do well. |

[She takes the drink with a grateful nod before looking back down at the drink. Smelling it... it has a nice scent, overall. After a moment of staring at it she takes a slow sip. There's a very light tingling, burning sensation in her throat that would be more fascinating if she was doing this for better reasons.]
It has a nice flavor.

[Sayaka's happy with that much, but...she's getting a closer look at Milla's face while she watches her drink, and her own shifts to one of concern.]
...Seems like you need it tonight, huh?

[She has always been honest... she does not want to change that now, even if it is not pleasant to admit her weaknesses. ]
Facing this threat... is not easy for me.

[...It's a Lot, basically, and she gets you, Milla.]
It's a lot, isn't it? Can I ask who yours is...? I can tell you about mine, in return.

[Her face softens a bit when she talks about him-- about the past.]
He's currently doing research, but he's a skilled doctor as well. And he is... exceedingly kind. He supported me when I lost everything and helped me get it back again. If it weren't for him I would not be the Lord of Spirits.

[So that's him. Oh, god...that's horrible to hear, and Sayaka just kind of gets out from behind the bar to sit with Milla. The drinks can wait, on her end.]
...Mathis-san sounds like a wonderful person, you know? He sounds amazingly supportive, and like he'll become the best doctor in the world in due time. He doesn't deserve any of this...I'm so sorry, Milla-san. You don't deserve the possibility that you'll lose him...

[Which is why she worries for his ability to survive. But then... there are still a number of people like that who still live. Perhaps she's assuming too much out of fear. Well that's love for you.]
I... want to have faith in him. No... not just him. In everyone's loved ones and in us as well. That we will find a way to end this together before it's too late.

[She puts a supportive hand on Milla's shoulder, if she wants it.]
They're all strong people, right? And...they have a week before their game starts, with them probably having a lot less focus on their game than ours. Knowing them, maybe they can all find a way to take advantage of that. Mathis-san will be right there with you, when we all get out of here.

Yes, I hope so. I think Jude would like to meet you and the others as well. I will do anything I am able to see that we are all able to meet with our friends and loved ones.
Is Naegi a friend of yours?
no subject
[...That's a bit of a loaded question, even unintentionally.]
...He is...or, well, I guess to put it a bit better, was? I, um...I didn't really endear myself at the school, I'll say that much, but he definitely doesn't deserve this...

I'm sorry. I did not mean to upset you. However... if you wish to talk about it, I would be happy to listen. I have made more than my fair share of mistakes in the past that have caused others to doubt me. And I have been on the recieving end of betrayal-- albeit mostly at the hand of one individual-- numerous times. Even so, he is still one of my allies.
[Which is also why she thinks she'd like to hear her story. So she can tell her properly not to give up.]
As your friend... you should know that I trust you, and I will not judge you. So you can talk to me if you ever need anything.

...]
If...if my memories are correct, I...used him, to try and kill someone else. In that game...I made it look like I was shaken up by someone trying to get to my door, so that way he'd switch rooms with me so I'd be safe. I left a note for someone else, and once the switch was complete, I swapped the signs on our doors...so I could try to frame him for this person's death.
That's--that's why he doesn't deserve this, Milla-san. I've already put him through so much...!
