WEEK 6.
You've lost a lot of people this week, haven't you? Katniss Everdeen and Weiss Schnee were killed for rule violations, while Chie Hori and Frank Archer were murdered by Mikoto Suoh and Yuuki Terumi. It doesn't really matter how they died, though, does it? After all, they're dead now and the only thing you can do is keep moving forward. It seems like there's no end in sight. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Changes were promised to you this week; while Sunday dawns seeming no different from the previous weeks, it seems one change is going to remain a constant - namely, a new floor has been opened up to you. Whether this is a promising sign or not is something that you're going to need to decide for yourself. The important thing, for now, is that you continue to do well. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week six of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with
Music Room
But of course, she manages to catch Hibiki and just...watches her perform, pretty damn awed by what she's seeing. Maybe she's vaguely envious of that clear skill, but...no, more than anything? It's clear she's worked her ass off to achieve her skills. It honestly excites her, and she just kind of stands in the doorway for a bit until Hibiki finishes up.
When she does, though? Sayaka walks in proper and proceeds to clap for her.]
Hibiki, that was amazing! You're an absolute delight to listen to!
no subject
Sayaka! I didn't know you were watchin'!
[She hops down off the stage and stands in front of it.]
I don't even know what to say! I was hopin' that if I ever sang in front of you, I'd be more prepared than I was just now.
no subject
Are you kidding?! Hibiki, that was amazing! I'm more worried that if you knew you were being watched, that it'd make you nervous--you looked amazing up there! You had so much confidence and vigor, and it was such a sight to see...
[Heehee.]
Honestly, you're amazing!
no subject
W-well, it's only to be expected, right? I'm a great idol who loves takin' on any kind of job!
[It's been a while since she's been able to say something so cocky.]
But thank you! I'm really flattered, Sayaka. I really did give it my all. I thought maybe if I sang hard enough, Takane'd feel it or somethin' like that.
[Hibiki's hostage. She probably mentioned the name at the meeting.]
no subject
Takane-san must have. I'm sure if [...if she's assuming right--] she were looking in, she'd be so proud of your determination. You did such a good job...if anything, I'd say you're more worthy of the title of Super High School Level Idol, here!
no subject
[She compares herself with Takane to sort of soften what she has to say next. She still has a lot of work to do herself.]
I don't think I could ever be the Super High School Level Idol, Sayaka. I haven't ever seen you perform, but...I was talkin' to Elda about you, actually. You and I are like bitter melon and pork belly. We're both delicious and amazin', but we're completely different at the same time. Maybe we can both be Super High School Level Idols, but I think...I think both of us are really amazin' in our own ways. It's not right to pick one over the other. Or maybe we could both have our own titles instead.
no subject
[...oh, that...
That next bit actually gets Sayaka to pause. Mostly because she wasn't...quite expecting Elda to talk about her (even though she should've, oh god, she's one of those moms isn't she), but...that's an interesting comparison, if nothing else. And a sensible one? (did you just call her bitter hibiki, rude)]
Ah, I...that was a bit insensitive of me, wasn't it? Sorry about that. [She'll rub the back of her head.] I wouldn't mind having our own titles, though...though I'm not sure where we could start with that.
no subject
[It's the gossip hour with Hibiki, namedropping all the cute girls in Trustfell left and right. And she'd never call Sayaka bitter!! If she searches her memories, she might realize that she's picked ingredients that are popular in Okinawan stir fries, but that's Hibiki for you.]
No, no, it's fine! I didn't think ya were insensitive at all. It was really flattering! So don't worry about it, okay? We'll come up with our own titles, just like ya said!
no subject
[Oh, she doesn't mind gossip hour. If anything, it gets Sayaka to giggle a bit, hiding it behind her hand.]
Okay, okay, then. I won't worry so much, okay?
no subject
[Good, good. She likes to see Sayaka smile.]
Great! But y'know, I'm glad to see you here. So, what do ya think of the music room? It's pretty great, isn't it?
no subject
[Huh! That's actually kind of cool to think about.]
Yeah, though! I actually really like it here...I've never played another instrument in my life, though. What about you?
no subject
[It's not the funniest joke she's ever told, but it still brings a smile to her face.]
I can play...oh, instead of me tellin' you, how about you guess? What kinda instrument do you think I play?
no subject
[Sayaka thinks for a second, though, tilting her head a bit in thought.]
Hmm...my first thought is the guitar, actually? You seem like the sort of casual person who'd play it!
no subject
[Hibiki blinks at Sayaka's answer before breaking into a big grin.]
That's amazin'! You figured it out in one guess! I really wanted to play somethin' fun and loud. I feel sorry for anyone who was around when I was just startin' to learn.
no subject
[...Ohhhhh oh oh oh, Sayaka looks positively delighted when Hibiki says that--she giggles a bit before beaming right at her.]
Well, of course I found it out! I can read minds, you know? [Grin!] It's okay, though, I'm sure they understood! We all were beginners at one point. If they do hold it against you, I'd like to see them play it as great as you.
no subject
[Hibiki thinks pneumonia is a chemical, but she can remember what every insect eats. But now she's looking surprised at Sayaka.]
Y-you can!? Have ya told anyone? The next time there's an incident, you can totally read our minds to find out who did it!
[She can't handle talking about the guitar now that she momentarily thinks Sayaka has superpowers.]
no subject
[...oh no, she almost feels bad to tell her now, but...]
Just kidding! I just have good intuitions. ...Honestly, I don't know if I've been doing a good enough job during the trials, but I could probably stand to tune 'em a little more in that direction. It'd help us a lot...
no subject
[At least that isn't enough to make her deflate? Their entire conversation so far has been good, and she's glad to see Sayaka outside of her room.]
I guess that'd make things too easy, huh? But we're still doin' alright! No one's gotten the best of us yet, so you could even say we're undefeated!
no subject
[...Sayaka smiles, though. There's something nostalgic about saying that, though, and she can't help but smile at Hibiki.]
...Yeah. We have a lot of people here who want to stay alive, and...who want to keep going, no matter what. We all are those people, and we'll just keep going no matter what. We gotta, you know? That's how we'll win.
no subject
[Sometimes, it's a lot.]
That's right. And another reason we need to get out is because you're gonna come visit me in Okinawa. I could even take you to a butterfly sanctuary! But keepin' everyone alive is the important thing!
no subject
[...oh. That...that manages to make Sayaka smile, actually. She'd love that chance...]
...Hey. Do you know any butterflies that happen to come out at night?
