Week 7.
Orihime Inoue, Estellise Sidos Heurassein, and Kirei Kotomine all died this past week. One of your Coordinators died as well, leaving you with a new face but still no end to this. Several of you are finding yourselves at a crossroads: either keep moving forward, or accept the inevitability of fate. It's your own choice, your own decision; no one's going to make it for you. Over half of you are gone now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; come Sunday morning, the clock chimes the hour at seven o'clock and there are no dead bodies to be found, so it can be assumed that all of you are safe for the time being. That said, you'll be feeling a little groggy when you wake up; it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, a new floor has been opened to you; unfortunately, either this is a particularly strange reward or Jericho is starting to get downright sarcastic. Perhaps there's something in it for you despite the setup; who knows, though there's really only one way to find out. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week seven of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Coordinators, you can do so through private meetings with Hilda!]

[Once everyone has been gathered inside the library, Kyrie puts her coat on the table, ready for the reveal]
Someone close the door. We don't want this to get away so soon.
[With a swift move, she lets go of the cat, throwing the coat aside. Have fun with the robot cat, guys]
I found this mechanical creature lurking around here. I suppose it doesn't belong to anyone here?

...Promptly jumping down and slinking very quickly under the table, where it proceeds to crouch down, tail flicking agitatedly.]

So, Sayaka's gonna crouch down under the table and just...kind of extend her hand out? Not explicitly going to pet the new kitty friend, but never the less still offering. Cats are always so cute...]
no subject
...Not enough to actually hurt or break your hand or anything, if anything, it's kind of in that weird tentative sort of way that cats do when they are not sure what you're doing but you should probably not be doing it? But yes.]
no subject
[She's never personally had a cat before, but it feels like she's being told to back off and she will. Just a little sadly. She wanted to pet the kitty...]
I don't think she really likes to be touched.

I think I may have a solution.
[TARRLOK EXIT STAGE RIGHT]

[Oh god, what sort of misadventure are we getting ourselves into here.
There he go.]
no subject
... look, if we want to get a good look at it, it'll probably go right in this.

He'll come over to see what's going on here. ]
Hey there, little buddy.
[ He'll give the cat a friendly wave. ]
no subject
It isn't going to come out from under the table, but it does seem aware that Yuri is there at least. Hi. So much tail-flicking.]
no subject
He'll be making a bit of a clicking noise--you know, the one--to see if he can get the cat to come out. ]
... Here kitty. C'mon.
[ After that, though, he's gonna be hanging around a bit, watching everyone else's efforts instead. ]
no subject
What, you put it in a coat? That's going to make it more hostile.
[ STILL that's... what the hell is that... ]
no subject
[And since it worked, it clearly was the right thing to do, as far as she's concerned. Poor robot cat...]
no subject
[ A beat and she tilts her head... you know, maybe she should - she rummages in the little makeshift bag she's got over her shoulder to pull out Ditty's Pokeball, but doesn't quite call the thing out yet ]
Does it talk?
no subject
[She seems a bit uncomfortable. Robots and machines like these weren't exactly commonplace in 1986, she doesn't know what to do]
no subject
[Rin takes out something from her pocket; one of the blue pendants you can find in the vending machine. Aligula gave it to her. On a whim, she dangles it out between her and the cat, to see if it'll interact with it.]
no subject
[At least it's a cat and not a round talkative idiot, right, Rin?]

[ Speaking of, she's going to activate the Pokeball to send out Ditty! Ditty will now engage the cat.
... By way of wiggling over ]
no subject
The cat does not respond by...doing that thing that cats do when they jump straight up, but at the same time it is backing up and making some sort of oddly realistic hissing noise because what is this weird wiggling thing.]
